Great experience! From start to finish Hamilton Heating & Cooling was amazing. I had them come out and troubleshoot error codes on a couple split units. Turns out the electrical was incorrect, which the technician was able to correct for us to go along our merry way. He charged me a much lower price than what I was expecting. Thank you!
I called and spoke to a person named Chris in the morning to schedule an yearly maintenance for our air conditioning unit. He was offering me an promotional price of $129 instead of $149 but I had to give him my credit card number and sign a document that he will send over email. When I opened the email, realized that this was a yearly subscription and only $129 in the first year. Year after that will be $500 and my card will be charged automatically unless I call some 800 numbers. This was never mentioned during our conversation in the morning. If I was told that, I wouldn't have gone for the promotional pricing. Not very professional. I canceled my appointment with them due to this.
