Everyone that comes out to do the maintenance is so nice.
We have been customers of Total Energy for 10 years now. The service men are always very professional and kind. They show up on time and are very thorough.
The technician was highly professional and very polite. He also tolerated my barking dogs very nicely.

I have used total energy management for 20 years now and they have been great in meeting all my needs and telling me Tips on how to keep my air conditioning and my Heating system going. I especially like the continuity of care that they give to their customers it's nice to see the same friendly face year after year.
Had one of their sales reps come out on a Thursday. Went over the whole project from start to finish. When the sales tech left he made the comment of give me a couple days this is a big project so earlier would me Wednesday the following week. I thought this was weird as this was the 4th company I have had out and all the rest had a quote within 24 hours. But I wanted to give them a shot. Wednesday comes and goes, then Thursday, then today Friday. A week after the sales tech comes out I still have no estimate. Easiest part of the job, and the company can’t even do that. Why would I actually go with this company if they can’t even give out quotes. $41,000 job out the window. For this company. Total Energy must not need residential customers. Thanks for nothing!
The guy was nice and very helpful always kept informed of what he was doing. Now my ac will not work have no idea why
I recently had Juan Hurtado come to my house for a service call. He was on time and professional. I had some concerns that he addressed beyond a normal service call to my satisfaction. He answered all the questions that I had, which were many. Great job Juan !!

The gentleman that came and fixed our unit was really nice and professional.
Very caring. Our fan on our furnace went out. They had to order the fan. We were having a cold snap and they called us because they were concerned about how we were doing. When the fan came in they were very timely on getting us on the schedule.

My out door unit was not working correctly and over the phone pretty much had it diagnosed. When he got there he quickly confirmed what was wrong and had it fixed but looked into other issues but all else was in order. Pricing was upfront and seems ver reasonable.

TEM did a great job servicing our ground source heat pump. Angel arrived on time, was professional and thorough, and answered all my questions.
They are on time and very nice. They seem to be knowledgeable and helpful when it come to my HVAC.
Our service guy, Noah, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to be sure we had heat in our house, even after his long day of house calls. I highly recommend Noah to anyone with HVAC issues
