They were able to find the part I needed. Communication was key and I liked how Alisha was able to keep me informed. Very professional and on time. Definitely will use the for all my heating and ac repairs. I like that it is woman owned and operated.

My AC went out and it was a very hot day today. I sent a service request to Eagle Pipe Heating and Air this morning and they had a technician at my house by noon. Bodie was great! Super friendly and communicative. He was able to fix my AC within an hour. Best service ever! I'll use Eagle Pipe Heating and Air always now.
We needed to make sure our older HVAC system was running smoothly and so called Eagle. We were really pleased with our technician Bodie. He was knowledgeable and professional. We told him our concerns with having an older system and he made sure to thoroughly check things and give an honest assessment. He took his time (what we felt was appropriate time anyway) even though there wasn’t anything to “fix”. We appreciate Bodie’s attention to detail and our concerns!

Sean came by to look at the problem, he was on time, well dressed & handled himself professionally. They send you a text to remind you of your appointment which is helpful.
They installed a new compressor in our heat pump and also installed a UV Halo in our air handler to eliminate more dust and allergens from the house. They were fantastic!
Sean serviced our heat pump. Was very knowledgeable and even though it was hailing hard when he showed up he did his job like s true professional. I am very satisfied with the service I receive from Eagle Pipe snd Heating.
Sean completed the job quickly and showed me how to reset the air filter parameters. He is always pleasant , on time , and happy to answer any questions that I have about my system.
