Excellent service and reasonable pricing. They evaluated all concerns for a home sale and didn’t try to trump up charges for unnecessary work. I highly recommend.
After a bad experience with a previous company, I was searching for a new business for my gas furnace maintenance. One company had told me, if they didn't do the install, they won't do the maintenance. Another one that I dealt with for many years sent a kid out to do the maintenance and when I asked for the price at the end of the job, he was unsure, but gave me an estimate. They I got a bill later for about $20 higher. I called Pacific Air, and oh my, what a difference! First, I dealt with Araceli on the phone. She was very pleasant to deal with, respectful, and let me know, they would work on my furnace, and I even got a price quote up front. Jon came out to do the maintenance on my furnace and safety inspect my water tank, and he was excellent! He put on covers over his shoes right from the start. He also explained what I should watch out for as my furnace nears the end of it's life. He also explained what choices I might have for a furnace in the future. At the end of the job, there was absolutely nothing for me to clean up. He had a mat under him while he worked, so there was no mess. Other businesses could learn from Jon as to what customer service is all about. I highly recommend Pacific Air for your heating and air conditioning needs!
Update. A couple weeks ago the AC sounded like it was working but it wasn't cooling. Eric came out again, diagnosed a bum soft start module added by a different company, bypassed it, and voila, it was fixed! Last year he came over to figure out why the furnace was going out, and diagnosed a failing thermostat. They replaced the thermostat, which was still under warranty, and no problems since then. Highly recommend.
Great experience with Eric he was the tech. It was very hot and he had no problem finding the solution to fixing my heat pump in the 90 degrees. Jim was very helpful with scheduling and talking to me about what I may need and it being a warranty issue. Fixed and nice and cool!

THANK YOU PHIL BROWN! He installed a new AC unit for my daughter and son in law. I was staying with them and had to review! He was AMAZING, courteous, timely and am extreme perfectionist in his work! We feel so thankful and confident to know it was installed correctly and his skills were obvious! We all certainly appreciate his efforts!!! He went above and beyond to assist and work around a full house, as well as educate them on the use of the new AC!!!! THANK You Phil Brown🦾😀

Shopped around for an AC unit and got many quotes and walk through from 4 local businesses. They gave me the best price and were also the most down to earth technicians. I reccomend you give them a chance to give you an offer if you need any AC work.
Job was left unfinished. Tech did not replace any of the air filters (electronic or otherwise) upon completion of service call. Filters are now significantly bent and almost impossible to remove for cleaning.
We moved into a new home and it was recommended for us to perform maintenance on our heating/air conditioning unit. Eric came out and cleaned our units and performed a functional check. He went beyond the servicing and gave us advice on things to look for and improved functionality of unit. I highly recommend Pacific Air Heating and Air Conditioning.
No one would service my gas fireplace but pacific Air… and I’m now it works so well! They were so friendly and did such a great job. I’ll be switching to them for all my air and heating needs

These guys were great. The quote was a little higher of the three, I chose them based on the education regarding furnace and AC life cycle timelines. They identified potential issues with out existing system that the other companies didn't even mention.
I had a ductless heating and cooling system installed last year, and we ran our heat so much more this winter. But my utility bill was still lower!!!!I am super happy about the savings. But I am even happier today when it is a billion degrees outside. My home is a cool 70 degrees. I'm in heaven. The Mitsubishi system has no carbon emissions so it is so it is better for the environment and safer for my family. They are awesome, and energy efficient. The install crew is top notch. And the install manager is thorough and helpful. I can't say enough nice things about Pacific Air.
Very pleased, highly recommend. Installed new cooling system to our existing gas furnace and replaced broken electronic air cleaner with 4" filter that should greatly improve indoor air quality. Professional team, inspected in & under home (took photos of unpleasant crawl space). Installers cleaned up as they went along, very polite & friendly. Wore shoe covers (Thank You) every time they entered home.
I had several estimations done IOT get my money's worth in a central A/C system installed in my home. All gentlemen who came out were courteous (for the most part). Most didn't try to sell me anything that I wasn't asking for to begin with. The prices quoted to me ranged from around $6,500 to around $11,500+. I went with Randy at Pacific Air because I learned more from him and I genuinely didn't feel like I was getting hosed. BH in Oly tried making several thousand off of me in commission. When a company can't/won't give you a good breakdown of what your money is really paying for, I find that to be an issue.. Great team here.
Really impressed with customer service - probably the best service in Olympia in seven years of living here. The staff on the phone are professional and thorough. They don't just help with scheduling, they ask questions, listen, and explain what to expect during the service visit. We were interested in converting a wood-burning fireplace to a gas fireplace. Pacific came out and did a quote, carefully looked at our fireplace, mapped out our gas line and options to go to the new fireplace, and explained the options to us and next steps - informative without any pressure toward any option. From the quote to installation, Pacific was fast, thorough, well coordinated among several staff, and really good at communicating. From that experience, we are really happy to have them service our furnace regularly. It's clear they train staff on good customer service. I am excited to recommend Pacific!

Have been using Pacific Air Heating for over 5 years now. Every year I am notified when furnace maintenance is due. About every other year I request maintenance and cleaning on my gas fireplace. The technician always calls ahead to let me know they will be here soon, that is, on time. If there happens to be a delay, the office will call to let me know. The technician is always courteous and gets to work right away, keeping me informed of their progress. When cleaning is done on the fireplace, they keep the surrounding area clean and always pick up after themselves.
