The technician I hired was knowledgeable about the repair because he was able to find the best technique for the problem. He only took an hour dealing with my ac and furnace repair needs. I was very happy and satisfied with the result. Thank you for your great service. I was so thankful that the technician I had on that day was experienced because he dealt with my air conditioning and heating repair needs perfectly. He also offered me a very reasonable rate. Anytime I have an hvac issue, I will call Glenn Heating and Cooling again.
The heat wasn’t kicking on when it should have. Called and came out the next morning. Professional and prompt. Explained everything he did. Answered the bazillion questions I had (I like to understand/learn). Cleaned the flame sensor. Checked my new thermostat wiring for me as well. Will use them in the future.
