They had a large amount of work to do and worked tirelessly all day until the job was completed and checking along the way that we were happy with everything . Hands down, a fantastic experience and we are super happy with the work we got done. Worth every penny and then some. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and believe me, I don’t do this easily.

Technician was prompt and very professional during my promotional maintenance. He quickly assessed that I had an air flow leakage in my attic, explained to me how that could have affected my efficiency and mitigated it. strongly recommended to everyone else because of their great staff and service.

Whenever we need routine maintenance checkups and cleaning for our air conditioners at home, we would call Newcastle Heating & Cooling Services Specialists. For years, their services have remained excellent, and their service rates are very economical. I have not looked for another HVAC service contractor at all.
