They did an excellent job replacing the rooftop units for us! Good work, excellent customer service.
Same day service! The furnace stopped working 5 days before closing on the sale of my mom's house. I called Genesis and they sent a tech out the same day to evaluate. Unfortunately a full replacement was needed but they were able to install the new one in just a few days, saving us from having a delay in closing. Everything from beginning to end was great and prices were affordable!
Nope. I'll never call them again. Called them when my furnace failed the day before Thanksgiving. No answer. Left a message. No response EVER! BEACON answered the phone & got someone out immediately.
We had them scheduled them to come out for a quote and didn't show up. After calling him, then gave us a quote based on a quote from a few years ago that we weren't in a place to move forward with at the time, but the quote wasn't what we asked for (a heat pump vs A/C), so we followed up and after multiple times of sending us the wrong quote , we finally got a quote for what we asked for. The price looked good and we tried to move forward, but wanted to confirm a few things first: multiple emails with no response, so after calling them they scheduled another appointment to just come out and confirm a few things.. Yet again he was a no show and we never heard anything back from them. Clearly he doesn't care. We went with somebody else.
I can not say enough about how wonderful these guys are. Very professional and helpful I am so grateful for this company. Thank you for being there for us.
I thought I had an issue with my heat exchanger so I called Genesis in Monroe and was able to get an appointment right away. Charlie, the technician that came out was super friendly and took the time to answer my questions. Turns out everything was fine with the heat exchanger. Thanks for the quick response and profesional sevice!
Best service for the price.
Seemed fine at first, but there is no AC at night or in the morning, we get so sweaty at night it is that bad. Do NOT order this service, they are a rip off and will install AC that does not work
Do not recommend. Poor communication and no follow through. I made an appointment and they didn’t show up the day they were supposed to. I called them and they said they wrote it down wrong. Tech came out and said we needed a new heat pump. Almost a month later we have no estimate despite repeated calls and messages to the company including speaking directly with the owner. Tech also showed back up to our house unannounced looking for a piece of equipment with no notice from the company despite us telling them we didn’t have it. I’m not sure how you stay in business when you ignore customers who constantly try to seek out your business.
Dishonest, unprofessional, and incompetent. Fixing refrigerators and freezers is an extremely time sensitive matter and having a company schedule and cancel day of on multiple occasions is reckless. When they finally sent Mike the “guy with 30 years of experience” he was so full of himself he wouldn’t listen to the specific issues with our walk in freezer. He told me the coils were dirty, refused to hook his gauges up and left. The coils weren’t dirty but I cleaned them again and sure enough it had no effect. Point is if you need a refrigerator or freezer repair go somewhere else.
They were fast, tested everything, and I got the best bang for the buck installing a Hyper Heat unit in my house.

Can't say enough good things. From the free service call to relight our old furnace after one of the coldest nights this year to working with our schedule to remove and install a new furnace quickly and at a fair price. And, they were there when they said they would be there. Other businesses should take note of how to get and keep a customer! Thank you Genesis.
Mike and the team at Genesis have been amazing during the storm! As a property manager we have had to request several service calls that involved no heat situations. Mike and his team have braved the weather and have been very communicative to our tenants and to us, during the entire process. We are immensely grateful!
