Astro Heating & Air Conditioning techs are truly the best. They are professional, they know everything there is to know about heating and cooling. They are reasonably priced and they work really hard to make sure everything is done right. Their customer service is top-notch! They have installed a new boiler and air handlers and ac condensers at my home, and now they’re installing an HVAC system.
I had a very nice experience with them! They were very prompt in responding to my request for service, and provided me with an estimate via email within 24 hours. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He explained everything he was doing, and left the house as clean as he found it. I would definitely recommend this company!

The team at Astro Heating & Air Conditioning company has been very helpful and I give them my highest recommendation. George was very professional and took the time to explain his work as well as the issues with the heating system. The issue was resolved quickly, and I was appreciative that they arrived the same day I phoned for help. The receptionist was very friendly and patient. Thanks again guys!!
Scam and fraud alert! This place doesn't exist - Astro Heating doesn't have a business license. I checked on sos.wa.gov. I visited Island Crest Plaza (8015 SE 28th Street) and there is no such business there. They don't have a website. And I suspect the 3 other Seattle-area locations don't exist either. When you call the number the person who answers will redirect you to a site called Premium Home Services and try to get you to pay for a home service subscription. You can Google "Premium Home Services scam" to see the racket they are running. All these 5 star reviews are fake .. Google really needs to crack down on these.
My system seemed to be working hard to maintain a reasonable temperature during the first few days of the year. I called a competitor and did not receive a return call. The next day I called Astro Heating & Air Conditioning and was able to set up an appointment for the same day. Guy who made the visit was direct, honest, and efficient. My system needed coolant and seems to be running normally after that was taken care of.
I have been using Astro Heating & Air Conditioning to maintain our furnace for quite a few years and the technicians are always prompt and perform the work well. I would definitely continue using them again.
