Beat deal for the service provided. Searching for a good hvac company can be daunting here in the valley. I got estimates from a dozen companies before choosing diamond mechanical. There is service and then there's value. They wrap it all up into one great package. Clean professional and honest.
FRAUD COMPANY, DO NOT USE. This review will be long but worth your read if you want to save 15,000.00 dollars. TL;DR AC broke. Chandler contracts with Premium Home Services, a contractor who uses contractors. They were just salesmen trying to sell me a 15,000.00 system when I didn't need it because another tech came out and fixed it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or Premium Home Services. Our AC wasn't working while running. We were looking for an HVAC company that could help as we are relatively new to the area and used Google Reviews to find someone. Chandler Heating and Cooling has excellent reviews, so we called. They offered a membership that could pay for any other HVAC-related issue for the next year for 179.00. Having someone come and look at our problem would cost half that, so I agreed. This is where it is evident deceit and fraud are going on here. Chandler uses a contract with a company called Premium Home Services. Premium Home Services then contract with HVAC companies in the area to service customers. So we are talking contractors within contractors, which makes this whole thing very messy. Ok, Nick, the HVAC tech, comes out to see us. Nick is a nice guy. He uses old-school tools to look at things and finds that I need to change my air filter because I changed it two months ago, and it was a little bit dirty. I regularly changed it every three months and was sure this was not the cause of my issues. Nick changed it using my filter, said we were ready and left. He didn't even try to diagnose anything else. The next day when it was 90 degrees, the AC didn't work, and the house got hotter, and AC was cranking away, burning through electricity. I called Nick back and asked him to come and take a look. He came back the next night, pulled out the same old-school tools, and told me that there wasn't enough freon and that we had an "air restriction," the only way they could fix the problem correctly was to have us spend 15k on a new system.
William came out and was very patient, kind, and professional. He confirmed the ages of my equipment and troubleshot my "lack of cold air" issue, replaced my AC's capacitor, and I had cold air again. Took less than an hour. If I need HVAC help again, I know who'll I'll be calling!
William was VERY professional and knowledgeable, and very quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC. He had the replacement part on his truck for a fast change-out. I will DEFINITELY be using them moving forward. This was my first experience with this company and I was very impressed!
Wow- I am so happy I called this company. William came and was able to diagnose and fix our tricky problem quickly and efficiently. He was very honest about his service and our furnace system and his repairs were affordable. They came out within 24 hours of my calling them and they were all very easy to work with. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!
Called at 6 am and had a return call by 7 am, and the tech was at the door by 8:15 am. Knowledgeable, efficient, fair in pricing and even gave me a discount I didn’t know about. Didn’t try to sell me anything.
Chandler came out and checked our furnace because no heat was coming out! He was a little earlier which was great and checked it all over. Did a little maintenance and had the heat going in no time. Very nice and efficient, will definitely use them again. This was my second time, William also serviced our AC unit a while back.
William from Chandler Heating made a service call to our home today for a problematic furnace. He promptly identified the issue, provided an immediate fix and gave me options to prevent it from happening again in the future. I'll definitely use Chandler in the future.
The technician was personable, and professional, and answered all my questions as he serviced the furnace and humidifier. He did a thorough job and, after watching all that he checked out, I realized more, how important it is to keep having the furnace serviced regularly. Thank you. Chandler Heating and Cooling was my first point of contact for services I needed to be done on a recently purchased house. From my initial phone call to a job PROFESSIONALLY DONE, they were polite, knowledgeable and very respectful of my property and me. I will recommend this FIVE STAR company to everyone! Chandler Heating and Cooling was used through our home warranty company after the first contractor never showed. William was very responsive, on time and was a great guy overall. He diagnosed our furnace issue and had it fixed within 24 hrs. We had been without a functioning furnace for 5 days. He was our hero! Many thanks.
I had a great experience with them. They are really professional and they know what they are doing. I called them my garage door was not working they came the same day and did a great job on it. They even helped me with the other issues I had with my garage door. I would definitely use them again!
