We were having problems with our AC system and even though it took awhile to hear something back after we called the emergency number and tried chatting with someone online, they were quick to get our issue addressed and fixed once we were able to touch basis. Donovan was very polite and explained what he was doing every step of the way.

Scott came first thing this morning and had our system up and working within an hour. He didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need, he wasn’t chatty, he was very professional and thorough.
The technicians were very professional, and completed the work before their estimated finish time. They walked me through everything and were very friendly with our big dogs, who can be a little overwhelming. Will recommend always
Pattrick Shepherd came today to inspect our gas furnace before we decide on a heat pump and air conditioning, or just install air conditioning. After his inspection, Pattrick told us our furnace was in great condition, and he didn't see a need for us to get a heat pump, suggesting we just get the air conditioning unit. He gave us several reasons why, besides saving us a good deal of money. I fully expected that they might try to sell us on a heat pump and a furnace. I was very pleasantly surprised when he didn't do that. He also patiently answered all my questions and he was very knowledgeable. We have also been working with Matt Stahl, Residential Sales, and he's been so helpful in answering our questions, and giving us the information we need to make a decision. The pricing is very comparable with other companies, and even less than some companies. I can't say enough about the quality of their service and pricing. We haven't even had anything installed yet, but I expect that to be done with professionalism and quality, as well. Everyone that we've dealt with has been great, including Austyn, who does the scheduling. Thank you to everyone at Capital Heating & Cooling.

Arrived on time and ready to work. Chase & Alex did a great job answering all my questions (sometimes more than once) and were respectful and accessible throughout the install. They made a point of keeping us updated regarding their progress throughout the day and were very conscientious regarding how stressful a major install can be for a household with pets. I have no complaints and would have no reservation in recommending them and the rest of Captiol Heating, Cooling & Plumbing to my friends and family in the future.
Noah and Trevor came out to install two heat pumps in our old concrete block building. Intelligent and competent workers. Absolutely no mess left. Noah very patiently answered all my questions. Heat pumps working beautifully. I will use them again on other projects.

Josh was quick and efficient! He showed me how to operate the pilot and told me my cost savings if I decide to keep the pilot light off during warmer days. He did a good job and even wore booties!
Did some comparison shopping b/w a few different local installers, and decided on Capital for a new furnace and A/C install because of their price, quality of equipment, and stellar reviews. Was very pleased with the entire process. Their on-site estimate was thorough, they were quick to respond to follow-up questions, and our estimator was very knowledgable. On install day, the installers were early, gave me the overview of what they were going to do, made some small adjustments to line routing to accommodate existing equipment, and finished in one day as promised. Everything's been working as expected since installation. Highly recommend and would certainly go with them for any future needs.

Josh came out and did the first maintenance on my system that was installed 5+ years ago. I had no clue that you should do any maintenance on them. He explained why it is important to keep up on my maintenance. He went above and beyond on my service and cleaning up the area he was working in.
Tim was excellent and quickly diagnosed what the potential issue with our water heater was. He got us an estimate to replace the unit but did not push us to decide on the replacement which I appreciate. I will definitely use the company's services again.
We had a technician, Pattrick Shepherd, out to do a routine service and inspection on our HVAC system today. We are really happy with the level of service! Pattrick checked everything out and asked if we wanted all the technical details. We did, so he shared them with us and explained what everything meant. He was personable, respectful, prompt, and gave us great service!
Capital heading was quick to respond to my initial request for service. Their technician was top notch and even though he could not repair the system in one day, he made sure that the parts were ordered and has promised a quick response next week to complete the job once the parts come in. I’m quite satisfied with my interaction with this company so far.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE We recently paid $13,000 for a new heat pump system. After a few months it began to give off a strong chemical odor. As a caretaker for my elderly mother, I was concerned for her health. Capital sent out two sets of techs who couldn't find anything wrong. The 2nd tech was also very rude and disrespectful and didn't want to hear anything we had to say. I contacted the owner (Chuck) who promised that he would send out the vendor to get to the bottom of it. After a few days I called for an update and received a long voicemail stating that he wasn't going to "waste any more money on us" when the issue was "clearly on our end". He even blamed the smells on smells from outside like drying paint or a nearby Bar-B-Q! He refused to send anyone else over and also refused to contact the vendor even though he previously made that promise to me. He even bragged that in his 26 years of experience he had never seen this issue ... so therefore it was not possible. I can't really convey how stressful the whole experience was for us. We were genuinely concerned for our health. They unit was not even a year old and ... we had an extended warranty. And now we were being denied service by the manager himself? They left me choice but to contact another local company ... at my own cost. That company quickly diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The point of all this is that the service that we received from Capital was just pathetic. There's no other word for it. We chose Capital based on previous user ratings and based on the claims on their website of great customer service and experience. But when they came onsite... they only did the bare minimum cookie cutter tests and then quickly blamed us for the problem. No one there seemed to have the will, or experience, or desire to troubleshoot beyond the very basic routine steps or to think outside the box. I've never written a long online revi

Technician Donovan was great. Kind, smart, and funny! I appreciate his gentleness when explaining to me that I let some things go too long without maintenance. It's not easy being a newbie homeowner! Lots to learn and my understanding of HVAC is better thanks to him!
Capital installed and tested my new heat pump and removed the old gas furnace. Everyone who interacted with me was helpful, efficient, and professional, from the sales consultant to the phone staff to the installation technicians. I'm likely to use their services again, since I still need to replace the gas-powered water heater.
