Couldn’t have been more satisfied with the work the team did for us and our AC install. Super professional, knowledgeable, and took their time to make sure they left everything looking better than they’d found it. We’ve been burned many times working with contractors and we were so happy that this was the exact opposite of that. Jason even gave us a great rec to have other work we’d needed done. We would recommend them to anyone and will always be customers for their services. Thanks so much!
Edit to the 1 star review: The owner of the company was able to come out and take a look at our unit and did a bunch of testing to see if it was running properly. They also took the time to explain how our system is working, why we are seeing the unit perform the way it does, things to look out for and be aware of when noticing poor performance. After the changes were implemented he showed us the results and how much better the unit was performing and told us to see how it is for a couple of days and will come back if problems persist. Thank you!
Saw them working on a neighbor's home and gave them a call. Came out and gave a comprehensive consultation, explaining all aspects of our project and gave me a solid bid. Did fantastic work professionally, cleaned up after themselves, and have left us very happy with their work. Will be using them again.
We contracted with World Class Services to install a 2-stage heat pump. Jason the sales manager was very polite and informative about what we were looking for in a heat pump. Requested the new heat pump to be installed on the back side of our house so it would be our of sight. Yup... no problem, we just had to point where we wanted it. We decided to go with his company for the install on 03/16/23. Everything went great with the install. The installer showed up early in the morning and spent all day to complete the job. New heat pump installed with 2020 gas previous Furnace. The final installation looks great and should save us money on the heating and cooling bill. Oh.... and it is (Veteran) owned. I will always support our Vets.
After installing a brand new heating system, various technicians had to come about 5 times to complete the job as no heat was coming in to the house the way it's supposed to. They promised to have the system inspect by the City as part of their service. It's been over a year but it hasn't happened. The people answering the phone kept saying we will take care and or someone will call me back. Nothing happened there. Yes they'll pick up the phone right away and give sweet promises but fails. So far the unit is working fine.
WCS installed a heat pump with mini-splits. They were very solid throughout the entire experience. Jason was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what I would be getting. The installation team was phenomenal. They were professional, courteous, timely, communicative and made sure I understood how to use the system after it was installed. What a great team!
They did our service and repair for many years and provided great service. Recently they made and canceled 4 appointments to provide repair service. They then called and said they can't hire reliable technicians and wouldn't be able to service us. Company is clearly going downhill. I wouldn't trust in a bind,
World Class Services stepped up when it mattered most. I can tell you about the phenomenal work they did replacing my furnace and installing my heat pump. I can tell you about the thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing manner in which they ran my condensate (and other) lines. Or the beautifully run (can't even tell it's there) electrical line they ensured the electrician ran that way. I could tell you about how they respected my busy work from home schedule while they were here. And about them honoring their quote when a fraction of an inch difference between their initial measurements and reality meant they had to bring in a different heat pump worth a good chunk more (this was presented to me as the solution, not even requested by me). Or that their team was professional, enjoyable to chat with, and quick. And all of that is beyond important and very true. They killed it with the install. But beyond that, you can expect this company to do the right thing; and in the end that impressed me even more. Thank you World Class for the phenomenal job of all of your team members, and for making things right.
I HIGHLY recommend using this company! They are all very professional and efficient, 10 stars out of 10. I appreciate how quickly the whole process was and April was very accommodating & compassionate.
I was told they would be here Friday or Saturday to repair the a.c. Sat i called to see what time to expect them. They dont work weekends. I was then told they could schedule the repair for later this week, Friday. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
The Lady technician who provided service was quite knowledgeable, professional, explaining and answering questions in good detail, gentle, and flowing nicely and easily!
Contacted World Class Services based on our AC manufacturer’s website. Was very pleasantly surprised with their communication, service and reasonable pricing for our AC maintenance service. Stephanie, the tech, went out of her way to do some extra cleaning of our older condenser unit and even checked our electric panel to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely recommend World Class Services.
I have worked with them twice and both technicians have been prompt, professional and helpful. No BS, just good service from them. I would recommend them.
Fabulous workmanship by these guys! They were very straightforward and didn't try to upsell us on a bunch of stuff like other companies we got quotes from. There was initial disappointment day of installation when we were told that the space was too tight for the furnace and heat pump (or ac) to be installed, but they worked with us, and Jason and the crew did us a real solid by getting an air handler that would fit and installed it, same day. Sergey and the rest of the crew masked up when we requested and kept everything neat inside and out! Very professional and friendly.
World class services was recommended to me from two of my neighbors. I made an appointment for world-class services to service my heating system. Ani, the service tech kept me informed about his arrival arrival time. Ani went over a couple of concerns he had about my aging system. After his consultation, I realized to repair my existing system, would Not be my best use of money. I have scheduled world-class services to come and replace and revamp and install Central air conditioning throughout my home. The Professionalism displayed was a testament of their US military veteran owned and operated way of doing business. Highly recommend by me.
They don't field tickets in a meaningful way. Got weaseled out of a diag. Fee. The pictures you send in don't make it to the techs. Oh! I'll save that if I go through them for a replacement so...I got something going for me.... 1 - * Tech seemed nice. Polite. 1- * They reached out and attempted to resolve the issue. 1-*. Stop trying to contact me or I'll bring it to 1 star for harassment. Otherwise, thank you.
Huge thanks to Ani who is a patient and informative expert! He took the time to educate us on how our newly acquired mini-splits function and tips on how to keep them in good working order. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we would welcome him back anytime. In fact, see you next year!!
Really a World Class Job, they did a great job cleaning everything and testing all the parts. The employee who came to my house was professional and did a great job explaining everything too me. It was the first time I've had a contractor go out of there way to make sure I knew what was happening. Normally I feel like I need to jump through hoops to get a clear answer. Your in Good Hands with World Class Services! ✋️
Just finished installation process, from quote to installation all worked well. Our expectations were in alignment with Armando, scheduling, and finally with installation and billing... The only surprise was how routine they made the install feel for our older home which is a good thing. Very considerate in hiding condensation pipes, electric, and refrigerant lines. I have the annual fireplace cleaning/maintenance plan and it is well worth it! One hour and my fireplace looks brand new and burning bright.
