Todd was polite, efficient and thorough. He cleaned the birds nests and lint out of my dryer vent and even repaired the laundry closet doors as an added courtesy.

This family owned business is amazing. I had no idea who to call when I moved into my 40 year old mobile home but I was worried about the fire hazard of dusty dryer vent pipes, etc. Also my home smelled very musty. I had no idea what having my duct work professionally cleaned would do for my home. The musty smell is gone. They did such a thorough job, very professional and knowledgeable. They also applied a deodorizer and all I smell now is fresh air. While they were here I asked them about my new thermostat and they were able to install and test it. Great people, great service! Todd and Karla were very efficient and professional in cleaning all the air ducts in our home. They are also very friendly and pointed out duct issues that we were not aware of. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!
Todd came out and took a look at my dryer vent and found a couple of issues he fixed immediately. He explained every step of the way sharing what they were looking for and what would prevent air flowing freely. Very fair price for the amount of time spent here. Company was very responsive in setting up an appointment and communicated reminders and how far out they were. I would highly recommend Ventflow! They will be my go to in the futrue.

My wife and I bought a home that did not come with a dryer vent and fans for 2 bathrooms. Shopped around and ended up going with Karla and Todd and have no regrets. They were able to install all three in about an hour half to two hours. They are a very friendly, great and professional team. They explained what they were going to do and kept me in the loop during the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks both!
Had these wonderful folks come clean out our dryer vents both inside and outside the house and they did such a phenomenal job. Dryer is working better than ever, and we will definitely be calling this company for other repairs/cleaning. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Dryer vent cleaning went great - after cleaning, dryer performance was drastically improved.
Got a new dryer, it showed that my vent air flow was clogged up, Karla and Todd replaced the vent that was installed incorrectly on my roof and cleaned out the vent, all the way to the dryer. It was done professionally and quickly. I highly recommend their business. A+, I'll be using them for routine vent maintenance from now on.

Called to get dryer duct cleaned and was able to schedule for the next week. Service was professional and clean and didn’t take long. (We considered doing ourselves but was definitely worth the cost and time saved right now.) Technician showed areas to keep eye on and gave suggestions to keep running smoothly.
Got a new dryer that tests for vent blockage, and it said it was over 80% blocked. Ventflow came out and did a great cleaning. Price was very fair. They were right on time, professional, cleaned up and left the area cleaner than they found it. At the end of the service, the test cycle on the new dryer reported that it was happy - no blockage detected. I would definitely use them again.
It is a good place to have dryer vents cleaned out because there is a lot of dust and build up in the vents when you dry a lot of clothes
Ventflow Dryer Services promptly responded to my request for a quote. When they offered an earlier date for our service, they contacted me by text and responded to my answer quickly even though it was on the weekend. They arrived promptly and discovered the issue, which was a screen over the dryer vent and a lot of lint making the dryer basically inoperable. Still need to test how the dryer does next time we do laundry, but it should be significantly better. The fee was exactly as quoted.
Todd and his wife came in yesterday to clean the dryer vent. They have great knowledge on the stuff that they do and they accomodated me in their schedule for the same day appointment. They were also helpful in providing guidance for range hood installation estimates and looking up the best option for installation.
