They abandoned me after initial installation of new units. The unit has been just over one year. They don't even tell me what is the reason for not servicing my unit. They won't come to check when something is wrong with unit. It is very fishy and unprofessional.

I've worked with numerous HVAC companies in the area, and Performance Mechanical consistently has the best pricing, very responsive service department, and just generally great customer service. I'd highly recommend them if you are in need of routine HVAC maintenance or quotes for new mechanical installs.
So, I’m not alone, these folks are a menace on the road! I hope performance mechanical has good insurance! Truck 128 was driving erratically going north from Highway 16 on to I5, making rude hand gestures the entire time! Maybe this company should try some driver’s training out before its drivers cause a crash.
I called them for a refrigerator repair and the costs seemed excessive for the work done. The initial visit cost $400 and 2 weeks later they were back with the part and that was $828 additional!! I keep asking them to have a supervisor who is familiar with refrigeration to check if this is correct, based on the repair done. They have answered by saying that they will take of one hour of labor. I will never use them again, please make sure you are clear on costs before your use this company or I would suggest using another company.
I am not a customer of theirs but one of their drivers on 9/28/18 driving car #125 tried to run me off the road for merging in front of him on a two lane road turning into a single lane. It was absolutely uncalled for and not only unprofessional but illegal and extremely dangerous. Was luckily able to snap photos and a short video which was sent to Seattle PD but this was absolutely dangerous and this driver should not be on the road for this company. I hope this company takes responsibility for their drivers actions before more lives are put at risk. It’s unfortunate that someone decided to use an aggressive driving strategy while school buses were in use putting the life of our youth in danger. What poor judgement to reflect on Performance Mechanical Group. Wishing them the best for improvement on their public safety rules because at the current standard, it puts our families and youth at risk.

I originally contacted Brennan Heating to repair a furnace at my Dance Studio. They referred me to Performance Mechanical. When I called and spoke to Stephanie she confirmed that the price to have someone come out and look at the unit would be 125.00 an hour plus a $50.00 “truck fee” I repeated that it would be $175.00 to have someone come out and look at the furnace. She again confirmed this would be the price. I was delighted that a repairman could be out within a half hour and he did arrive within the promised time about 1:30PM. I checked with him about 1:45 and he said it was the pilot light and instructed me on how it could be relit in the future. He said there was a slight draft that he suspected was blowing it out and since the unit was quite old he was not familiar with how to increase the flame. He was going to call an associate to see if there was a way to increase it. Since it appeared that everything was completed or would be shortly I left to attend a meeting. Shortly after 3:00 I received a message from my employee that he charged us $407.00!!!! The invoice was for 2;5 hours and some part that he told her was $20.00 (Not itemized on the statement) He explained that the extra was for “travel time”. If this is true what is the “TRUCK CHARGE”. I feel this is HIGHLY UNETHICAL!!! How do they get off charging more than double what they quoted. DON’T GO TO THIS DISHONEST COMPANY1111
