I've used Kent Heating & Air Conditioning Inc for maintenance and repairs for about 8 years. I have always found them to be polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Today's service was no different. Ken came to the house exactly when he was scheduled, explained the service, what was found and his recommendations, plus took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions.
Kent Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. staff exemplifies customer service. They are always responsive, professional, polite and friendly. While they always do a quality job, yesterday they went above and beyond due to the weather. The serviceman walked up a very steep hill in the snow with his tool bag and filters just to due a routine preventative maintenance check. Thank you!!

I'm a big fan of them. The service is always top-notch and the staff is friendly and helpful. They're also very responsive to my needs, which is great because I'm always changing my mind about what I want done! I can't say enough good things about this company--they're just wonderful!
I just had a new furnace installed by them. The technician was great, and the installers were very thorough. They showed up on time and got right to work. The price was pretty reasonable too. I'm definitely going to give them my business in the future if I need another one!

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of them. I called them because I was having trouble with my heating and air conditioning unit. They came out right away, and they were able to fix my problem in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend them!

I have been a customer of them since they were just a little shop on the corner. They were so helpful, and their new offices are beautiful! I love that they are always up-to-date on the latest technologies and can get me whatever I need right away. This place is my go-to for everything heating and cooling related!

This company was horrible cancelled on me two days in a row. The first day they were going to come between 1-4 and didn’t even bother to call and tell us until we called them at 5pm to see what was going on. They then said they would come out the following day at 11am and cancelled again at 3pm and said they wouldn’t make it out until Monday which was another two days because it was Friday. Terrible customer service we hadn’t had heat for 3 days and they wasted our time had to take off work to be home so it could get fixed and they never showed up or bothered to call and tell us until last minute. I would not recommend this company.
AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE! I had a service scheduled window between 9AM-Noon. No one showed up, never called and when I called their office to ask for an update the customer service person sounded like they were asleep. Said the tech would call me back, waited over an hour and never had anyone call me. Wasted over half a day waiting, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their website is also in a foreign language.
Excellent customer service by the technician. He was on time and very friendly. I ushered him around the house and he explained everything he was doing and was up front on any noted issues. I felt like it was an honest check of my air system. He makes recommendations for possible future repairs. Thanks.
The tech did an outstanding job in repairing our leak. He was professional, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. He explained everything and told me to call his cell phone if any problem comes up from his work. Great job, 5 stars all the way!!!
I've used Kent Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. for many inspections for prospective buyers. They are always on time, passionate and do a good job of explaining problems to first time buyers. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
