I had a problem with my heating and air conditioning unit. I called around for quotes, and they was the cheapest. They were able to repair my heating and air conditioning system in less than half an hour.
Mike was our technician today. He did an outstanding job performing the scheduled servicing of our unit and provided good advice on ensuring its continued optimal performance between services. He also provided information on useful additions to the system, such as the UV light, without being pushy or insistent. Great job overall!
I can't say enough good things about Glenn Heating and Cooling experience. The technician was so kind and so understanding of my panic and didn't force anything. Then the installers were very professional and honest. With working from home I was worried about the disruption but barely heard them. When they needed to come into my space to check my heating components, they were in and out so quickly and quietly I was able to continue with my duties. HIGHLY recommend.
Technician was outstanding. I was fully prepared to break the bank and buy a new furnace and air conditioner. Fortunately for me, it was not that serious. Tech quickly identified the issue, resolved it, and did not try sell me something that I did not need. Very pleased with my service. Honest, efficient, clean and quick!!
Our air went out Saturday evening so I called and got the after hours people who were very rude to speak to. However tech arrived today and was very polite and very nice. He had to drive back to the store to get the part. He was back very quickly and the air fixed quickly as well!! I would recommend Glenn Heating and Cooling!!
