Fantastic. I had a radiator leak at my bar uptown, and they came within the hour to fix it. I had called three other plumbers, and they were the only ones that answered the phone. Professional, quick, and neat. Would call them again.
Fast service with the best price. Very thorough and professional. They had everything we needed and when they had a hiccup, they worked through it with no problem. Awesome job from the sales team, installer and office. Thanks!

Great service! I called DEAR Services they came the next day to replace my Heat Pumps. They cleaned up after themselves and it was a great all-around experience I highly recommend using them.
Our Tech Santos was very personable and reasonable when quoting our plumbing project. He inspected the plumbing in the whole house and then gave me three different options to fix the issue. I will be using DEAR Services again just because of Santos.
I called them for a simple issue with my air conditioner unit. They figured the issue with blown fuse within minutes yet they opened complete a/c unit and hvac unit and wasted my full day. While putting back the opened unit technician struggled and finally he was able to put it back but now it is making noise as the fitting is not proper. Never recommend any service!
Requested maintenance for a Tankless Water Heater. I was told the cost is $350. The gentleman who came to my home tried to immediately upsell me 6k for unnecessary products. When I told him I didn't want to proceed with any work outside of the maintenance, he immediately left without doing the maintenance. He also left an unauthorized lawn sign on my front yard. Still have not received my requested followup. Also read their Glassdoor reviews. Various former employees are stating their Techs get paid to upsell not fix customer problems.
Outstanding service. We had a plumbing emergency and called Dear as we had used them in the past and always had great service. Again I’d say they were outstanding. Tony was our tech and he did quick analysis and told us up front the worst case price it could be so we were forewarned. Thankfully the cost was lower in the end as he was able to patch the pipe instead of needing to replace it.
Technician was very knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing and actually chatted with me and didn’t treat me as just another customer. Excellent work!
Terrible company with unprofessional staff, they gave me a time frame of coming over to repair my furnace, they never showed up and didnt bother to give ma a call. I had to call them and the reason they gave me was they didnt have an electrician available. A rude staff member name Roberta was trying to tell me that I had the opportunity to fix my furnace 2 weeks ago and I didnt, so they are very busy at this point. I rate them zero when it comes to customer service
I wish I could give them 0 star. Honestly they don’t deserve 0 star also. They told estimate 15 k then once they installed Air conditioner they told you amount is 23k. They are not professional. Then they knock your door without even telling you like they visiting. I can’t believe I trust them. They will never get peace. They literally make us pay 23k when they tells amount is 15k. I purchased AC from DEAR. Though the cost was high, the service has been pretty good. All the technicians that have come out to my house have been nice and informative. Angel the most recent technician that came out was able to address the corrections from the city quickly and provide me with before and after pictures with an explanation of everything. So far I'm happy with the service.

Ani N. was by far the best technician we’ve had come to our house. We have had multiple people come to try to fix our AC and Ani is the only one who was knowledgeable enough with the necessary skills to do so. Five stars because of him.
