Very impressed with the work that was done. The technician was very polite and professional. He came out to do a checkup on the furnace and found that it needed some repairs. He then fixed the problem so I would not have to replace it.
Found them to be very professional, nice, and knowledgeable about their products. They were able to provide me with the information I needed to make an informed decision on what I needed done. I would definitely recommend them!

We just had the most amazing experience! Our technician was so kind and patient with us as we worked through our first time buying a furnace. He helped us find the right one for our home, explained everything to us in detail, and even showed us how to use it ourselves. Being a victim of incompetent service by the unholy pair of a warranty company and their contractor, Astro Heating & Air Conditioning guys were the saviors for our AC problem. Very pleased with the visit. Paul showed up on time and did a great job fixing my furnace problem without trying to up-sell me for things I didn't need. Paul was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. I'm not an expert at these things so he took the time to explain to me detail by detail on how everything works and how often maintenance should be done. I will continue to use this company for further repairs/maintenance and I HIGHLY recommend them to friends and family! Thank you!

I was extremely pleased by their service. The specialist supervise a detailed examination of the a/c machines and took a good 3 hours to make sure everything was immaculate and maintained well. His recommendations were very extensive and helpful. Overall a remarkable experience!!
