AAA installed my air conditioning unit and new thermostat. Long day of work (12 hours total) but Allen and Jaydon made sure everything was done professionally and efficiently. They even cleaned up everywhere they worked. Glad I went with them.
Though pricier than other vendors they’re super professional and competent. The mechanics are extremely well trained and communicative. They explain everything they found in their diagnostics very clearly so you know why they’re recommending what they propose to repair. Always on time. Just refreshingly professional.
Corey showed up and was very friendly and informative! He did not just show up and tell us it has to go and you have to spend thousands of dollars! We are in the middle of a house build and our heat on our personal house took a dive! He gave us options and helped us save as much money as possible and gave us all the information we needed! He told us why it happened, how to fix it, and what the outcome may or may not be! He gave us all the information we needed to make an informative decision. Credit to the company wish all technicians where so great to work with!!!
I am so impressed with this company! I got 8 bids for a heat pump, mini split. AAA was the last bidder so I was pretty sure I had all my questions answered but I was wrong. The salesperson, Jerome, was so knowledgeable he answered questions I hadn't even thought of. The bid wasn't the lowest but the ongoing service provided by this company and the professionalism shown by Jerome made my choice easy. Installation with all permits was completed two weeks later. They showed up on time and were determined to finish the job in one day as promised. They brought in additional people and cheerfully worked until 10 and got it done. There were no pricing surprises or added costs. A week later they came by to make sure everything was perfect and they even arranged for the city permit inspection at a time that worked for me. In a world where customer service seems absent, this company stands out with excellence. They deliver what they promised and follow up without prompting. I highly recommend them.
Vinnie was very knowledgeable, and shared ideas with me. He explained the importance of the location of thermostat, and suggested vent cleaning (which I need to do). He recommended possibly covering the a/c unit in the off season so debris does not enter. I learned from him today! Very courteous and respectful.
They send confirmation texts and I’m on my way texts complete with photo and bio of technician. Technician was polite, informative and just a pleasure to work with and no over kill on upselling. Great experience!
Austin did an amazing job. He explained everything he did and how he tuned up our system. He showed his professionalism, patience, and bilingualism by explaining to both my elderly parents the same info.
They installed a new HVAC system three years ago. They did a great job with installation and left the site clean and tidy. They're also great about following up and getting inspection done with the state. I'm on the plan where they come out and do a tune-up every 6 months. And they're very proactive in calling and setting up the appointment so I don't have to think about it. And the day of the appointment as well as with the follow-up they do a great job communicating. Absolutely happy with the service I've received from them. And I plan on continuing to use them moving forward.
Our technician Jim did a great job taking care of the issue quickly and thoroughly and he showed our tenets how to clean the AC filters. So it’s working great now. Thank you super much Jim!!! You’re the Best!

Called to get A/C up and running and Vinny came within 30-45 minutes and fixed everything A/C is working perfectly. Very happy with AAA Heating! Have been using them for about five years and will continue to do so.
AAA is a great business. They rescued me in the dead of winter when my furnace died. The heat pump they put in has saved me $ every month. The follow up check with Jon was very professional and helpful. It is wonderful when a business exceeds your expectations.
Teamwork was flawless, Jake & Ozzy did a fantastic job. They explained everything thoroughly & were very efficient, knowledgeable, professional & courteous. I’m really happy with my new mini-split system. I highly recommend Jake & Ozzy & AAA Heating & Air Conditioning!

We had both furnace and AC installed using AAA This June of 2023. They did a great job and were very professional. Also, this is a very honest company. We received a refund which that we were not expecting. That goes a long way with us. Thanks AAA.

Harvey did a great job doing the scheduled maintenance on my heating and air conditioner. He cleaned it and checked that it was running properly. Changed the filter and answered all my questions.
I'm the kind of person who likes to understand what's going on with my expensive home systems. Kennady took the time to explain everything he was doing and everything he saw while inspecting my heat pump and furnace, and answered all my annoying questions. I really appreciate that kind of "extra mile" service!
Similar to more people in Seattle, we recently had air conditioning installed in our home. I highly recommend this company for your install. They were respectful, organized, clean with their workstations and afterward, and took the time to install in the least intrusive way. The pipes, electric, etc. they installed is elegant. The team that came included Long, Oswaldo, Brandon, and one other gentleman, whose name I am forgetting at the moment. All of them were great!!
This review is for a scheduled 6-month maintenance on our furnace and A/C systems. Brett arrived during the first half of the scheduled window and after chatting with me for a few minutes, got right to work. He made sure to ask about any pets in the house, as he’d be coming in and out a few times. I really had no questions/complaints about our system so he didn’t get to answer many questions. He did recommend using the four-inch filters instead of the one-inch ones. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.
