I had a mini-split put in my mobile home about 5 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I am very happy with the service and professionalism received from all the staff at Infinity Heating & Air. Ken came out and worked with me on what was needed for the space I have and gave me a reasonable estimate. The installation was scheduled within 7 days and Austin did a great job of getting it all set up and walking me through how to use the remote and system.
Communication was great all the way through. They explained everything clearly on how to work the newly installed gas furnace and AC. The finishing work looked great and clean. They gave helpful information with everything involved with the system they provided.
Ken was prompt and extremely efficient. He found the problem quickly, replaced the part and tested the system to verify...all done in short order with a reasonable price! I highly recommend them and will use them again!!
What an excellent experience! Ken and his team are top notch. Very responsive, professional, friendly and attentive. They were so quick and now we are basking in the coolness on these increasingly hot summer days. Thank you Infinity!
We've had multiply companies come out and all guess what the problem is and replace parts. Still didn't fix the issue. Ken at Infinity came right out when I called him and within 5min knew exactly what the problem was. Did his work and 10min later we had icy cold air coming out of our vents again. Thank you Ken

I had to have my thermostat fixed because of no signal issues. They were thorough and the whole process of scheduling to repair was seamless. I always recommend these guys to friends and family because I have always had quality work done.
Installed new A/C unit. They are Good and fast with there work. They came on time with everything that they needed to complete the job..

Easy to connect with them and got appointment set up when I needed. Trouble shooting found problem with thermostat and got replaced in an hour. Professional and courteous, appreciate being easy to work with!
They did excellent job at our daycare center. They were very professional, on time, very patient. Ken, Austin and the team were very flexible with our schedules and very responsive for our questions. They cleaned up everything after their job. Overall I give them 5 stars.

The fan in the gas fireplace was rattling and called infinity and they had great response time and did a good job overall as I would recommend them to make a call to see what they can do for you

The service technician had a problem fixed in under 10 minutes. I had spent a couple hours trying to fix it myself. He was very quick and very nice to work with.
Our house HVAC was acting up losing heat in a big house in the cold winter. Infinity Heating & Air came out to look at the problem, then ordered a new part and installed it a few days later. Thank you very much for keeping our family warm. I highly recommend Infinity Heating & Air LLC. 11/21/2022
