Jason came to check on my heat pump after a plumber told me the water leak I had in my home, was coming from my heat pump. Jason immediately figured out that the leak was not coming from my heat pump, and he actually figured out where the leak was coming from which had nothing to do with my heat pump. Jason went above and beyond to help me and I felt completely comfortable having him in my home. Since Jason was at my house, I have had a plumber come and fix the leak that Jason found! Five stars all around for Jason and for WSB!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Needed to replace the 30 year old furnace in our 100 year old house. Decided to upgrade with a heat pump system. WSB was recommended to us by another service person. When Bill came out to do the estimate, he was so very professional, thorough, and explained everything so that I could understand it. He made a couple of additional recommendations which really made sense. The estimate was extremely detailed and I felt confident in the information. We got other estimates from other companies, all of which were lacking in comparison to the one we received from WSB. Jason and his team who came out to do the install were great! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was a two day install during that coldest February week on record recently. The work was done on time and the team went above and beyond to complete the job in an old house which did present a few challenges. Our HVAC stopped working so we called WSB and scheduled an appointment. The appointment was for 2 days later, but the next day the technician became available, so they called us and re-scheduled it for the same day. This was great given the cold weather! Mike and Jaydon showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fix it. Thank you!
Beginning with Bill B. We were very impressed with his level of detail. Mike did some service to old system and was efficient and thorough as well. Install by Jason and Erin was a positive experience, and they are just darned nice guys! “Leave it better than we found it” that’s our motto, they said. And they did!!!! Highly recommend WSB!
Had a great service from WSB for our heat pump installation, new ductwork and thermostat. The design process was straight forward and Tim was always on hand for our (many) questions. Installation was quick - Jason and Jason were very friendly and professional, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Would highly recommend

Requested price break down to understand parts cost and labor cost. Apparently WSM will not provide parts and labor cost reguardless if you request it. I have never been denied a break down of cost either as a customer or contractor.
From their office ease of scheduling, Bills knowledge and easy to navigate bid with easy to follow options to select our system WSB was amazing. In a post COVID economy their American standard equipment is still relatively quick to get compared to the competition. Installers Jason and Jasen were careful in our home, installed lines and electrical so clean you barely notice it’s there. And after all that they put our garage freezer and fridge back just like they found it. WSB lived up to their reputation I would recommend to anyone. Even better they are local here to Duvall. Thank you WSB for our new Furnace and AC!
Highly recommended! WSB has been great for us. Our heat pump broke and though the original appointment was 2 days out, they were able to come the next day when they got a job done a little faster than planned. Mike immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, plus educated me on my system which other repair people were unable to do. The entire experience was friendly and professional, they were responsive and on time, and we have signed up for a long term service agreement with them.

We always use WSB for these types of services. They have done a number of projects for us in the past and we will continue to use their services in the future. The local guys are always very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, mindful of being careful on someone else's property, and willing and able to answer all questions patiently.

My home had a dinosaur of a furnace. This past year the old boy stopped working on us a couple times. Once in the middle of the winter and another time in the early spring. I reached out to another HVAC company first and they came out, took one look at it and would not touch it because of its age. So I looked around and saw WSB with great reviews, so I reached out and they had a technician come to my house that same day! Not only was the tech willing to look over the equipment but he was able to get it working again! I called again a couple months later when it stopped working again and they were out the same day once again! After being advised that we should consider upgrading the system, we opted to go ahead with it. Since our system was limping along and not reliable they were able to get us upgraded (with A/C!) within a month! I highly recommend WSB for their professionalism, quality, responsiveness and just overall customer service!
Bill with WSB quoted a tankless water heater for us. His attitude and knowledge were impressive and the quote the best. The crew came out the next day, removed the water tank and installed the new one in 5 hours. Cleaned up and left with no issues. Top notch outfit. Thanks WSB. Wanted to add an update: I had WSB put in an AC unit too and had the same good experience. This company’s eye towards quality and customer service at a good price isn’t just a one off, it is the way they do things.
