We had a great experience with them. They were very straightforward and honest, which is something we really appreciate. We were also able to get an estimate over the phone, which is also a nice touch! The installers were punctual and professional, and it took them about 4 hours to complete the job. While they did need to come back a second time for some additional work, it was at no additional cost. Overall, we're very happy with our new system!

We called Adams Heating & Air Conditioning and they arrived in less than 2 hours. We rented our hot water tank for the first time for furnace repair. We did not purchase a furnace from them. Communication is key no matter what you are doing. One great thing they do well is keeping the customer informed every step of the way. Surely, if Adams Heating & Air Conditioning expand their service area out a little further there will be other service providers in trouble! Great company, great people with an Awesome service.
