Been using their maintenance plan for the past 3 years and so far have been pleasantly satisfied with the service. The service has always been on time and if any issues arose (like our AC giving out one time), they were quickly there to fix the issue. Would recommend these guys for your HVAC needs!
Called for AC repair and got charged full price ($89) for something they can't repair. Total time spent 5-10 minutes. Didn't have professional gear nor professional knolwedge (called different firm who has more testing equipment and got it working). Price doesn't seem reasonable to me if they cannot fix the issue. It should be offered at discount.
They never gave me a estimate. Even after I let them know I didn't get it? Washougal heating did get back to me after my review . The Only Company to do that have to give them credit for that. Thanks.

After some initial miscommunication around the scheduling of our appointment we have a brand new AC unit installed and I’m pleased with the work. The crew stayed until 10:30pm to finish the job and made sure we were pleased with the unit before they left. I appreciate the hard work and customer service. We needed a narrow air conditioner and they delivered a unit that was better than what any of their competitors offered. It’s nice to work with a smaller company that cares and goes the extra mile.
Excellent service. Water noticed in basement by A/C unit 2 days before anticipated heat wave in our region. Made appointment for asap and they called back that they were able to come that evening! Knowledgeable service technician, assessed and explained everything, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. He was kind and easy to communicate with and we highly recommend this company.
Polite, professional, competent crew installed a mini-split. Made good decisions on the anesthetics.

Washougal Heating and Cooling was great to work with. From booking an estimate, to receiving an estimate and getting the job scheduled - all interactions were timely and professional. Their bid was also less expensive than other companies we received estimates from. I would use this company again without hesitation.
First off, their first point of contact, the admins in the office, were delightful and extremely helpful. Then Oleg gave me a very detailed and reasonable estimate, and answered all my (many) questions. Once I decided on Washougal, I had A/C within a week! It was incredible. I definitely recommend their services, and will most likely be going to them with any further HVAC needs.
Our heat was out when we got home from a vacation. Ugh! We were lucky to get a same day appt as they had a cancellation. The employee that came out was nice, explained what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. We had him perform maintenance on furnace and heat pump while he was there. I felt for what he did, the price was reasonable. Thank you for getting us heat the same day!

Very professional and explained me the issues they found and gave me options. When a decision was made the repairs were quickly completed.
Our heating system went out overnight. I called when I woke up and they squeezed me in that same day. The cost for my simple repair was $120 including the service call. I thought that was very reasonable.
Rare for this area, the service man showed up when he said he would, knew what he was doing, and did a professional repair job

The HVAC system in the house we recently bought was 16 years old. The fan was loud and the gas furnace had a fair amount of corrosion inside so we decided to replace the entire system. We got quotes from 3 contractors and decided to have Washougal Heating & Cooling install a new high efficiency gas furnace, air conditioner, and thermostat. They were very professional, the price they quoted was fair, and they showed up on time and were able to get the whole system installed in one day. When they were finished there was a problem with the thermostat so they came back the next day and found that there was a problem with the wiring between the thermostat and the furnace. The wiring wasn't part of the quote that they gave us but they went ahead and replaced it for us with no additional charge. I would definitely use them again.
