Fixed boiler piping leak and changed neutralizer media. Also fixed condensate drain leak along with insulation on a separate pipe.
Can not recommend this company enough. Austin responded to an outdoor water leak emergency within minutes of being contacted and was an absolute pleasure to work with. His personality and workmanship turned what was going to be a very nerve wracking experience for my mom into a smooth repair with minimal downtime of water needs. Austin and JRT have our sincerest thanks for the help they have provided on such short notice. If could rate more than 5 stars we most certainly would.
Absolutely hands down the best company I've ever worked for good honest people and excellent work
We have a food cart in PDX and last year we had a company come out to replace our hood fan. They installed it but it has never sucked up all the smoke and water leaks into our cart when it rains. Chris from JRT came out to see the issue and realized the past company did a terrible job at sealing the fan on the roof. He went back to his shop and built what we needed, because the parts are not already made. We now have no leaks and the fan sucks up all the smoke. He also built us a new grease drain from our fan cause the last company completely avoided that situation and we had grease dripping down the side of our cart. We'll def call Chris from JRT anytime we have issues with our HVAC system. Thanks again!
One of their employees, Eric, came out after he had already worked a long day and quickly and efficiently got our AC running again, right before the start of several days of 111+ degrees. Feel very thankful and indebted! Thank you, JRT.

When my heater went out, I first called ATemp for repair because they installed and serviced my HVAC. I ended up paying $149 for nothing...they did not even pull out a screwdriver. They just wanted to sell me a big ticket item. Then I called JRT. The technician, Matti, spent lots of time checking and testing everything and even more time researching parts and solutions. He fixed my heater the same day and saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you JRT!
My heater went out when we had some really cold days. I called around and everyone was too busy to come fix it for me. JRT mechanical made time right away, their pricing was extremely reasonable and their tech Lawson was very professional and helpful. I am so happy I called them. I highly recommend them!

JRT was amazing to work with. Brian came to meet with me at no cost to go over the project. He responded to my questions and concerns with patience and knowledge based on his experience in the field. This process instilled confidence and trust, as our discussion included information about the integrity of the company and their process of backing up their work. He referred the project to his most thorough technician, which we were grateful for as well. Matti was outstanding. He was professional, honest, respectful, communicative and above all extremely competent. He efficiently figured out the problem with our water heater when no one else had been able to. He communicated each step of the process with us and got our consent for the repair recommendations. He went above and beyond by contacting his billing department to help us set up payment arrangements. And then he expeditiously wrote up a report on his findings. We are grateful to have a reliable, honest and competent company to help us keep our water heater running. The repair cost more than we had anticipated, but we are relieved to have the problem fixed.
Lawson was amazing! He went through the time to count out other issues to find the main board was out then after finished a bad wire from the thermostat. He found all the many issues to get my furnace working properly. Thank you JRT Solutions!
