Great customer service and a great price
Paul and team were awesome. This is what customer service should be and Starnes Mechanical sets the standard for all others. Simply outstanding - pricing, timeliness, professionalism, product knowledge, and honesty. Paul explained what needed to be done and showed me what was wrong. Other firms also looked at this work and proposed unnecessary scope. Paul SHOWED me what was really needed and saved us a lot of money. One of the best companies in our area and certainly what we all need more.
