Greg came to our house to install our Google Nest after my husband and I had tried near about everything to troubleshoot it ourselves. He was courteous from beginning to end, friendly and very knowledgeable. He accessed our system under our house and determined that it was a simple switch of wires. The pricing was amazing, and I highly recommend Owens for any help regarding the Google Nest installation or troubleshooting thereafter!
Our technician Greg was amazing! We had a dead animal in our bathroom fan vent and not only did he remove it but he went above and beyond and cleaned up the mess for us afterwards. He was so kind and helpful. I honestly can not thank him enough. The owner of the company was also extremely sweet and helpful. Everything about this company was a 10/10 and I would highly recommend them.
Prompt, reliable service. Chris the technician took time to explain what the problem was and had the replacement part in his truck. Awesome service!
They came to fix my AC, and charged me $800. Turns out the "technician" didn't do a full inspection and my compressor was out as well. They came back out to tell me it'll be about $2000 to fix the AC but since I already paid 800 they might be able to cut me a deal. That was over a week ago, I'm still waiting on my supposed "deal quote"
This is a great business...very trustworthy. I've used them for about 15 years and every experience has been great. The techs are hard-working and respectful. Alan has a good crew, and Lisa does all she can to get the help you need to you quickly. It's the only HVAC company I will use!
They did an awesome job replacing our hot water heater! Very professional, on time and explained everything as they went along.
Our heat went out unexpectedly this winter and they offered service that night or the next day. We chose next day service. The technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely recommend them in the future and will call them for any future services!!!

Great service! I have used them for everything from full replacement of a unit for my mom. They were honest and did only the work that was needed where we had another company quote us a much higher price along with additional work that was not required. I have used them to repair and service my existing units. They always respond in a timely manner and they are very professional.
You can't go wrong with this company. I've used them for years and they have always gone above and beyond. Office staff is wonderful and the technicians are very professional. When I called for service after hours, the technician on call was busy. What did they do about it? Alan Owen's came out himself. You will not be disappointed with this company! Thanks for all you do!
Diagnosed and repaired an older furnace that other services could not fix - at a very reasonable price. And when called out on an emergency, they showed up promptly.

Owens heating and cooling has always been quick and professional with any HVAC maintenance I've needed. Especially with emergencies! They were a great help when I moved into my new house as I was unfamiliar with my type of heating, oil fired.

Have had wonderful service with Owens Heating. They come when you need them. Their work is very professional. I highly recommend them. Also work on oil furnace at our farmhouse. Had a hard time finding someone. Feel very fortunate to have them.
A/C system was out, my regular repair company could not get by until 1st of week, Owens was at my house within an hour and fixed the problem. I’ll be calling them for future work.
