Our AC was not cooling properly. After placing a service call I received a call back and had service the same day, after their closing time. Brennan was professional, polite, and completed service in a timely manner!! Thank you Williamsburg Heating and Air!

Can’t say enough positive about Williamsburg Heating & Air Conditioning. Our air conditioner broke down during a hot spell. WBH&A scheduled an appointment and arrived one hour after I called! Personable technicians.Organized. Knowledgeable. Seth and his partner, Seth, quickly discovered the problem. They had the parts needed in their van and finished the repair by checking out the entire system. I had used them several years ago for another problem and was equally as happy with the work. They are a true asset to the community.Highly recommend!
I continue to be impressed by this company! Just had an emergency call during the holiday and Brennan showed up quickly to my residence and got us back up and running in no time. He did a superb job of fixing our issue and making sure we were good for the hot summer holiday. Great service all around. Thank you!

From a call at 8:00AM (on 8-10AM Service Window) from Mitchell Steurrys, Service Tech., until he left he had me at ease and comfortable with him and his methodical and friendly manner. He arrived around 9:25AM and immediately abided to my desire that he wear a mask since my wife was still undergoing follow up concerns from recent cancer surgery and wore boot protective booties when entering our house. On site for about an hour he throughly checked out our heating system as had been promised in a methodical focused manner and stopping to answer any and all questions I had. Completely satisfied and will be happy to welcome them back next June to preform a Preventive Maintenance on my AC system this June (already paid for in advance). Keep up the good work folks - don’t change a thing. Len Williams

My husband and I recently purchased a house in Holly Hills with a 15+ year old heating and a/c system. We decided to replace them and contacted Williamsburg HVAC. They gave us an estimate which seemed fair and complete. We gave them the job. They arrived on the date/time they promised and completed the entire job in 2 days. Everything is working great, they left the house and yard neat and clean. We could not be happier with their service and will use them again!
Brennan was great. He called to explain he was running a little late. He then called when he was on his way. He arrived as he said. He is a most pleasant, polite young man. He checked the system and patiently answered all my questions. Williamsburg Heating and A/C is five star and Brennan is as well. They were great. Thanks to them.
I have utilized Williamsburg Heating and Air on two separate calls. They were prompted, professional and courteous overshadowed by their skill and knowledge. Today the technician was Seth who demonstrated the above attributes with aplomb knowledge of the A/C unit. In short order he diagnosed the problem and preformed the necessary repairs with alacrity. As I watched him work on the system, he patiently and professionally fielded a number of layman questions I had about A/C systems and was quite polite to learn from. He is a real asset to your business and I will be requesting his services if the future need arises. Lastly, the service fee was quite reasonable and I consider it a good value. BZ!

Can’t say enough good things about the recent service today by Seth from williamsburg heating and air. (All the techs take time and perform maintenance on the spot. Today it was rewrapping some insulated tape on a sweating line) I went through a few other company’s before I decided to stick with them. They always do good work. They are thorough, courteous, and professional. See y’all again in the fall.
We are blessed to have SETH as the tech assigned to our residence. With summer upon us, our upstairs thermostat was cutting off intermittently. SETH suspected the drain float (that triggers a dead man's switch). Close - a loose electrical plug from that switch had vibrated loose. He treated/bleached the drain line and went to check the drain outfall. This led to a surprise finding unrelated to the A/C interruptions. To keep the story short, I am very impressed that SETH worked in some tight spaces to reroute the drain outfall. He went the extra mile instead of referring the additional issue for a later service call.
I had a technician named Seth. He was very informative, honest and friendly. He repaired my capacitor for my AC unit and by just having his service I would most likely be using Williamsburg, heating and air-conditioning in the future.
Every time I need any HVAC service, they are the only one to call. Always professional, courteous,and on time.
