Mike came to the house for a general inspection of the 2 air handlers and outdoor units. Wonderful service, as usual. This time he noticed I’d been neglecting the upkeep of the air handler located in the basement crawl space. Oops. Thanks, Mike. My wife & I noticed our AC wasn't cooling our house and of course it has to happen on one of the hottest days of the year. We checked our community resource page and several people recommended Hynes HVAC LLC so we gave them a call. They were so polite and they said they had one appointment left for the day so of course we took it. They assigned Andrew Weiss as our technician. Hynes HVAC LLC sends you a text with a link so you can track the technicians route. When Andrew arrived he said to call him Andy. Andy was very professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Fortunately the problem was an easy fix and we started cooling down immediately. Thanks Andy and Hynes HVAC LLC for a job well done.

New to town and our AC unit stopped working. I am so beyond happy with the work and advice given during the service provided. Why anyone would go with a big business is beyond me. Several days ago, our heat pump stopped cooling the house. We called a different company, who we’ve been using for years for maintenance, to fix the unit and we’re told we needed an entire new system. They gave us a quote for a new heat pump and air handler. I contacted Hynes HVAC LLC on a Sunday to get a second estimate for a new HVAC system. They were able to schedule me for the very next day. Mike arrived right on time and was very professional. Mike wanted to double check our system to make sure a new one was absolutely needed before he gave us an estimate. I’m really glad he did because he had our condenser fixed in about 15 minutes. His professionalism and knowledge literally saved us over $12,000 (based on the other companies quote for a new system). We will be using Hynes HVAC for as long as we live in the Stafford area. I cannot recommend them enough.
Hynes HVAC was so amazing. Our AC went out with a Newborn at home, Hynes was able to schedule us quickly. Andy (Andrew) our tech was great to have. He was very personable and an amazing communicator. Andy was able to talk me through everything that was going on with the system and how to manage it in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend Hynes to anyone out there.
Wonderful experiences with Hynes HVAC. Had to have the lower level AC unit replaced, the job was finished within 3 days (from order to install). Then the upper level AC started blowing hot air a few weeks later. Hynes was out to inspect quickly, ordered the needed part, and made the repair. The entire team is professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend for HVAC needs.
We had a great experience with Mike from Hynes HVAC. We were doing preventative maintenance for the summer. Mike checked both of our systems, walked us through potential issues that he identified, and helped us resolve them. He let us follow him around, showed us exactly what he was doing while he described everything in detail, and answered all of our questions. In short - a great experience! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

Very pleasant on the phone and easy to schedule/work with. Technician was on time, courteous, and professional. Installed the thermostat seamlessly and in around 15-20 minutes. I was surprised and said, "WOW, done already?" Thermostat works perfectly -- thanks for a job well done. Will definitely use them again in the future!

I have been working with Hynes HVAC for a few years now, ever since I had to use my home warranty. They asked for my maintenance records to help justify A/C work that I was claiming. I realized I needed to get that going. I was looking for a local family run, veteran owned business that I could establish a relationship with and I found that in Hynes HVAC (both husband and wife are vets). They saved me a few times with failures in my system, to include outside of business hours. They also help with the preventive maintenance to keep the system going as long as possible. Their prices and service plans are very fair, which I really appreciate. I really enjoy talking to Mike when he comes to the house. Hynes HVAC is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!
Called with a problem with my humidifier that another contractor had messed up. They came out quickly, fixed it, and price was very reasonable.
Daniel was a fantastic, professional technician. Polite, informative, and took great care in diagnosis - extremely good value too. Solved the problem on the spot, great value, and will definitely be calling for all service needs from now on.
