I had a problem with my AC unit a couple of weeks ago. Because Harrison mechanical did the install, I called them and they came out and checked it out and everything was okay. I'm very happy with their service as well as the professionalism with the insulation of my HVAC system over three years ago.
Arrived on time, got the job done quick as scheduled.
The technicians were punctual and professional. They cleaned up after the installation was completed. I am very happy with the results. I keep Harrison Mechanical and Electrical on speed dial for all of my electrical and air conditioning needs.
Lundy came out to service our AC. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained the issue so that we understood and also gave us actions that would be taken to fix it. Very happy with his service and responsiveness. Excellent rep for Harrison's Mechanical. Thank you.
Performed a maintenance repair of a mini-split system. Minor issue with charges that was easily resolved. Harrison's installed my HVAC in my new home and would recommend their services. Long time fan of TRANE equipment.

Able to get a next day appt. Service person contacted us before appt. that he was on his way and est. time of arrival. He arrived on time and determined the problem and solution in just a few minutes. Had part need on his truck and installed the new part and had everything up in running within the hour. The price was reasonable for the service performed. The service person told us he has 12 years experience with Harrison Mechanical. Harrison Mechanical is a locally owned small business and I highly recommend them.
Mel is very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed my problem quickly and provided a couple directions to fix the issue. I have 3 zones and this was the largest… my indoor temperature is perfect! Thank you Mel!

My AC wouldn't cut on last night. This morning, I called Harrisons mechanical and they gave me a time frame between 11 and 2 for someone to come out. Mel got here before 11:30 and had the problem figured out and fixed within the hour. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thank you Harrisons. We can sleep comfortably tonight.
Got quoted thousands more by other popular heating and ac companies for a full replacement unit,called Harrison's saved alot of money and got a Trane unit can't be that
Our AC finally gave out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer and Harrison's took care of us.. The owners, office staff, and installers/technicians were prompt, polite, professional, answered all my questions and did a fantastic job with the installation of our new TRANE HVAC system. I highly recommend using their services for any of your HVAC needs, whether it be a whole home installation or just a service call. Top notch family owned company.

Everyone I have dealt with has been absolutely wonderful, from the office personnel, service and installation technicians. They work with you and share the urgency you feel when you need help. They will now be the only people we contact for our HVAC needs.
The technicians from Harrison were in home two days installing a new Crane heat pump system and a new Trane furnace and air conditioner. They were prompt, polite, and professional and delight to have in our home. We are so happy we found Harrison's for our new HVAC systems in a 24 year old home.
We had just scheduled our first service with Harrison’s after a word of mouth reference from a neighbor. We never made it to that appointment after our AC went out over the weekend. Choosing to wait until Monday, we were able to get a quick response and appointment to repair. Chris went out of his way to pick up the part we needed and have it installed before I had another commitment to get to. We are extremely pleased with the service provided in a timely manner and will recommend to others!
