Our company needed an A/C unit installed. I knew our unit needed to be replaced. I talked to the technicians alone one on one during the install. All spoke highly of their company ,which is unusual now days, So I gave them a call. We got an estimate on an A/C unit and replacement of our old heating unit. We got both installed, Very professional, done in a day and we saved a Lot of money. Companies like this are a dying breed. I cannot recommend them enough.
Did a great job of installing a new HVAC system for my son. The workers were professional courteous and very thorough. Would highly recommend and would use them again.
I arrived to visit my grandmother for Christmas to discover her new furnace had not been working for a week in frigid heat. She had had no luck with the company who installed it, and I was unable to get in touch with anyone to repair. I called the owner, Danny, and explained her situation and he was at her house within 15 minutes and was able to quickly repair her unit and give her much needed heat in frigid temperatures. He was kind and will be back to service her unit from here on out! I can’t recommend this company enough!
Professional and on time
Excellent company. Prompt and professional. Got in and got out in the same day. Replaced boiler unit in the winter and had heat on by 3:00 pm. Family business
Recently moved into a new home with an inoperable oil furnace this summer. With cooler weather coming upon us, I figured it was time to have the furnace diagnosed and serviced to figure out what the issue was. So I spent a day scouring the internet for local HVAC companies that 1) serve my area, 2) service oil furnaces, and 3) have good reviews. Yeatts immediately was one of the top contenders of my list as reviews reflected that of knowledge, honesty, and value. So I called first thing on a Monday. I gave them address and asked for pricing and scheduled an appt for the upcoming Wednesday. The representative said they would charge $132 for a one hour service call and gave me a timeframe to expect technician. I had called one other place before Yeatts and they were less expensive, however they did not have availability for 2 weeks. So I was okay with the higher price for my convenience. The next time I hear from them was Wednesday morning at 8:30am. being told that they were going to charge an additional $89 "travel fee". I was speechless for a moment and quickly tallied the numbers and asked the representative to clarify that I would be charged over $200 for just the appt., that would not include any parts or repairs? She confirmed in an arrogant tone. So I quickly canceled the appt., though quite annoyed as I had already taken the day off work. I pull up google maps and confirmed that the trip is 30 miles one way (60 miles round trip) from their listed address...meaning they were going to charge me almost $1.50 per mile!! I quickly called another company (much higher rated) from the recommendation of a neighbor with an oil furnace. I had an appt. scheduled the next day to diagnose and repair at a fraction of the cost Yeatts was going to charge for just the appt. So if you value your time, dignity, and life's savings I would HIGHLY suggest looking anywhere else for your heating and cooling needs. Do not get swindled by their deceitful business strat
From first contact they have been responsive and do Great quality work. Highly recommend.
Austin and Ryan were absolute lifesavers in 90 degree heat. They were prompt and very professional. My husband had heard that they were extremely reasonable and did great work. Right on both fronts!! They didn't try to push any "extras" on me. I would highly recommend them and I don't write online reviews often.
Yesterday in the 95 degree weather, our A/C died. The first company who came out with a sales rep said it was unrepairable and we'd have to sink in 9 grand for a base model to replace it. Wanting a second opinion, we reached out to Yeatts who came the following day. He simply changed a capacitor and suddenly our A/C was resurrected! He even cleaned off the compressor and tested to make sure it had enough freeon. Granted our 30 year old unit won't last forever but their service was great, and for 9 grand we can get a stellar model with them when the time comes. I would definitely reach out to them for your HVAC needs.
If you are reading reviews and stuck between which company to call, stop your reading and call this company. I am a mother of a baby and a preschooler and have to have our AC and heat working well 24/7. Any disruption in the kid's room temps spells disaster and a lost night's sleep. These guys have come to our home incredibly quick (even afterhours) to fix our issue. They have taught me how to maintain my unit and explain everything to me in a way I can grasp the concepts. They are fair priced, and incredibly honest. I dont like having people work in my home because they usually feel skeezy and make me feel uncomfortable. Not so with this company. They troubleshooted the stinky smell when I was pregnant that two other HVAC companies couldnt figure out (or didnt believe me).
Did a great job on installing my new Carrier A/C unit and gas furnace. Gary won't try to push extras on you and sizes everything to your home. It was a tough job getting it in my attic. They had to take trim off to get it up there. They replaced the trim and it looks fine. Great value. Best price after 6 estimates.
Two things stand out about Yeatts Heating and Air immediately - fairness and honesty. They honestly addressed all my needs when other companies did not. The installation was very quick and the resulting performance was great. Yeatts made certain I understood every step of the installation and post-installation in terms I could understand. These people are great, their prices are absolutely fair, and their follow-up is everything you would expect. The only surprise is that we found a company that acted more like they wanted to extend family than set a new sales record. I most highly recommend Yeatts Heating and Air to anyone for service and sales on your HVAC.
Did for $80 what another company wanted $1400 for. Do not use service experts
Fantastic prices, quick service, great follow through. I have recommended this company to two family members who also had Wonderful experiences.
They do a great job when they replaced our unit. Excellent people
Danny Yeatts came out the same day my AC died. They diagnosed the problem (not nearly as serious as I thought) and it was repaired quickly at a fair cost. We then discussed some overall inefficiencies in my HVAC system and he made great recommendations on how to improve that. Brought them back in to do those and the system now gives us much better performance. Every single thing about this company and their team has been A++!
Couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Yeatts Heating & Air. After 3 days of 85+ degrees in my house and trying to find someone to restore my home air conditioning, I called Yeatts. A technician was in my driveway within the hour. A happy (and cool) camper here. This company is fully recommended!!!
Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Just bought a house and we knew the unit we had wouldn’t last long. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and I can’t begin to describe how well everything looked after install. Highly recommended.
They took the time to solve an issue with our HVAC that 3 other companies couldn't figure out. Extremely responsive with same-day service even on weekends. Pricing is very reasonable. By far the best HVAC service I have dealt with in the Roanoke Valley.
My wife and I had just bought our home in August of 2016. We purchased a maintenance contract with one of the local respected HVAC companies in the area who inspected our heat pump that fall and was told everything was good to go. The next inspection took place in the spring of 2017 and then we were told that our coil has three holes in it and it is leaking freon. The last thing on our mind was that we needed to replace our heating and air conditioning in a house we just purchased. So we asked that company to give us a quote. The quote was astronomically too high and outrageous! Later that week we were at my brother in laws where he was having a new heat pump put in his house. That is when we were introduced to Geary Yeatts of Yeatts Heating and Air. I told him our situation and he said I believe when can help you out. They came by and looked over our current HVAC system and said they would get back with us in a few days. Geary and Danny Yeatts came back by with the proposal. Both Geary and Danny explained the benefits of the systems and helped us choose the right unit for our home's efficiency. Yeatts Heating and Air did an excellent job on installing our new Trane HVAC system. Their work ethic and professionalism was superb! We also purchased a service agreement to make sure that our HVAC system is professionally serviced by a factory trained certified technician. Shortly after, we found that our dryer vent was clogged and that it needed to be cleaned. So we called Geary Yeatts and he got right on it. The vent cap on the rooftop needed to be replaced and the vent pipe needed to be cleaned. He replaced the cap and cleaned the vent pipe. We are very pleased with Yeatts Heating and Air. Their commitment to customer service is outstanding! I have recommended Yeatts Heating and Air to several of our friends and they are now happy customers. Thank you Geary and Danny for all that you have done for us and our family and friends. We have peace of
