On a very hot day, Woods showed up and fixed my AC. They came when they said they would. They quickly fixed the problem. They stand behind their work.
My ac was not cooling and I needed that unit outside cleaned and learned that my soon to be ex had been using to many filters causing the air flow to be restricted upstairs 🙌

Jeff Woods was at my home today for my annual furnace preventative maintenance. Jeff has been taking care of both my AC and heating system for many years. His skill and professionalism is the best I have seen. I am totally confident in the quality and thoroughness of his work. I totally trust him and he would be welcome to work in my house even if I wasn't home.
AC capacitor went out on the 4th of July holiday and the hottest day so far this summer. I work from home so was important to get it fixed quickly. We called left a message was called back in 10 minutes. He came within another 20 minutes replaced the part and we are cooling down. All in less than a hour. We love these guys. He was super nice too! Highly recommend.

We've had very good experiences with Woods Heating & AC over the years. Today our repairman James Blankenship diagnosed our air conditioning problem and had it running within a half hour! Update May 26 2022: James Blankenship returned and was able to troubleshoot our air conditioning problem again. I had thought our unit was low on freon, but he found it was a loose electrical connection and charged us only the minimum price for the visit. Very professional and capable! Update June 28 2023: James Blankenship was again able to troubleshoot our downstairs AC unit. He found there was a drainage issue and repaired it within 30 minutes. The cost was very reasonable. Very happy with the service!
We’ve been using Woods to service our HVAC since we bought the house more than 12 years ago, and the previous owners used Woods prior to that. They’ve been helpful and reliable in that time and we’re glad to continue using them for our heating/cooling needs.

Little bit of sticker shock but it's one of those situations that I knew was gonna have to be done sooner than later. Otherwise happy with everything that's been explained to me. Staff was very pleasant to work with and installation is being done as timely as possible.

It would have been nice to have my initial payment for coming to see what I needed done applied to the cost of the work done.
James was great. I am concerned that when I got it checked several weeks ago as part of the maintenance agreement the freon level was not checked.
Jeff W was the person who worked on our air conditioner we've known Jeff for over ten years and as is usual he was knowledgeable professional and friendly he let us know exactly what he would be doing and we've always felt that we are valued customers and he always goes above and beyond to give us really good service he's truly an asset to the company thanks Jeff we really appreciate you😀
Have used this company for routine maintenance contract. I was told by the front office they clean condensation drain lines. Then when ac tech was sent out, he said no they didn't and the people that answer the phones have no idea what they're talking about. Told me it couldn't be cleaned and just to replace it myself. Other techs that have come by are always trying to sell me something. This company is about money and sales, not quality.
Jeff came by today to do a system cleaning and check. He was super nice and did a great job! We have been very happy with our HVAC that Scott sold us about 5 years ago. Great service and excellent customer service!
Jeff was on time for my schedule maintenance appointment. He was very knowledgeable concerning my system. We also discussed a replacement system which he explained very well. Always happy with Woods Service.
