Quoted over $3200 to repair. Told I would absolutely need a condenser. Never got a call back Second opinion..... $20 part fixed the issue.

Jason was professional and advised me what to expect time wise as far as the electricity being off, etc. He was efficient and gave me information after the job was done and answered all my questions.
Daniel was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and took the time to investigate to understand the extent of the problem.
Dan and Jordan with Ostrom did an excellent job placing a new exhaust fan in our bathroom, new ceiling fans, and adding a new outdoor porch light. They were prompt, professional, and kept their work areas neat and organized. Ostrom also seems to have flexible appointment times. We’ve never had to wait too long for an appointment, and we’ve had them to our home three times.
Mr. Toby did very well. I will recommend him to a friend or family. When you need a Technician ask gor Toby. He is 👍 great. Good job

Please see esrlier post. Replaced original 30 year old Lenox heat pump, replaced thermostat, added float switch and unclogged drain line, missed in 2021 preventative maintenance call. The clogged dtain line and missing float switch resulted in pantry and kitchen ceiling leaks.
Very informative about our filtration system and answered all our questions about it. Also appreciated his estimate on some things we will need done in the future. Faucet was installed quickly. Tech was friendly and professional

Within 90 minutes of call on Holiday weekend, plumber arrived. Quickly assessed the issue and completed service/repair in two hours.
Both Daniel and Richard did very well on the installation of our new tankless water heater. Very thankful how quickly they could get our new water heater in so we didn't have to wait too long without hot water. Very thankful to have the Ostrom family have my family's back!
Love when a service company actually comes when they say they will, do the job they say they will, and provide a quote plus ask for permission before performing additional services. Great hard working guys, couldn't have asked for more!
Jessy was very professional and informative. He helped me understand what needed to be done and why. I felt the price was extremely fair and he went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the information I needed to ne comfortable with the installation of my water softening system and pressure reducing valve. Absolutely will be using him again for any future needs.
We’ve used Ostrom for several things, all the way back to our HVAC install. Layne came out today to help us with a garbage disposer that was having some issues. He was on time, showed me everything, and explained it to me so that I knew what was going on. I would use Ostrom every time and would recommend it to everyone!
Ostrum was responsive and had a technician come out the same day I called. He was friendly and helpful. I’ve used them twice now. There’s a standard $89 service fee for coming out which I believe is fair. Any additional work is charged appropriately. Ryan, the HVAC tech they sent, always goes above and beyond when he’s here to ensure the system is in good working order and explains to me what’s wrong and helps me understand the system. I continually request for him as our go to HVAC tech.
