I recently had the contractor replace a hot water boiler as they were highly recommended by a local supplier. They did an amazing job not to mention at a very reasonable value. I then used them on a heat pump installation which also went very well. I would highly recommend their services!
I called Kennard-Pace Co. Inc. I spoke to Andy. He was unprofessional to me again on my phone call with him.
They called after the service man left because he couldn't fix the problem and said they would refund my money. Very nice of them and I did not expect that.
Showed up on time, called before to let me know they were on their way. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, honest. Will call in the future if I have any more plumbing needs

Professional, quality work
I want to thank Travis at Kennard-Pace for responding to my senior mother's home on one of the coldest days of the year when her furnace stopped running. We live in California and were of no use; but Travis was a GODSEND, and repaired her furnace. My mother has used Kennard Pace for years but she was unable to make the arrangements herself, thus my introduction to a very professional and caring man Travis.
We had Kennard Pace replace our entire HVAC system and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish their responsiveness and professionalism was exceptional. They showed up when they said they would and always answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Kennard Pace to anyone!
RUN AWAY for these folks !!! These folks installed AC at my sisters house and left a condensate line loose. then they lied to there insurance company and accused my sister of lying. Such a bunch of unethical business people.
So disappointed in Kennard Pace as I have used them over 10 years and recommended them as well. They replaced drain pipes under my kitchen sink February 25, 2021. I found a leak just last week on the new parts they replaced. The PVC pipes they installed aren't securely connected. I was told I would be charged for a service call on work performed when the repair was more than 30 days old. I advised them they lost a customer. I expected better than this.

Have dealt with them for years, very good company, trustworthy, honest, dependable folks. Called them on a sink leak, which I tried and failed to repair myself (the company also does plumbing and electrical), and they came same day, gave me a quote, and some advice to complete the repair myself, easily, that saved me a bunch of money. So refreshing to have good people helping each other out in these times. Would definitely recommend them, and use them again! In the past, when I've gotten 3 quotes on a job, they've been much more reasonable than others I've tried, like Ostrom (who is typically a multiple, 2x or 3x what others charge). If asked, they will all give a free quote, but ask, don't assume. Ostrom for example says they charge for a quote.
We had them replace our hot water tank. Installers were very professional and gave us alot of good information. Very reasonable fpr price and install took hardly any time. We would not hesitate to use Kennard Pace again, very good company
I have used them on several occasions and have been very pleased with their work. I also think they are more reasonable than other places.
Called to get them to clear my kitchen drain was very unprofessional didn’t like how out pipes under the sink was didn’t even try to open the clean out under the sink and then said they couldn’t do it because there was no room I wouldn’t recommend to anybody they couldn’t make any money on this job so they refused to do it
Didn't call back like they said. Called about a week and half later. Checked work and they had to make some adjustments.

Called to get an estimate to get gas logs installed. They did come out and the guy took measurements and got the information he needed. He said they would call with the estimate. A week passed and no one called, so I called them. The man who answered the phone took my information and said he would call right back to let me know why they had not called. Guess what - he never called back. Terrible company. If you don't want to do the job just say so.
First of all, the person answering the phone when I called and asked for someone to look at my AC as it was not cooling, wrote on the work order that I wanted the fall discount for checking my gas furnace. So the workmen came and checked my gas furnace and presented the bill and it was only then I realized they hadn't even looked at the AC. So they went back out and soon returned and said my Freon was very low and I had a leak somewhere but didn't know where...they didn't bother to look for it and added 3 pounds of Freon ($210.00) telling me they had no idea how long it would last. After they left my AC still was not working so I called another company to come look at it. Immediately he went to the AC and opened the door to the coils which had not been opened by anyone in years as the old tape still sealed it. Inside were rusty old coils and there was the very obvious leak and all the Freon that has just been added had leaked out. If Kennard -Pace workmen had bothered to even look in the AC, I would not have wasted so much money. Now I need a new AC which I will certainly not be buying from Kennard-Pace. Total incompetence!
