Tim is great
Great honest company that knows what they are doing.
I can not thank this company enough! Our AC went out June 22,2020. My home reached 90 degrees I have three small boys all under 5 one being only 5weeks. The littlest one has breathing issues and heat makes it much harder on him. After jumping through hoop after hoop with my home warranty company and becoming very frustrated, Mr. Dooley went above and beyond to help us get our house cool again! Truly the best company to go to and we will be referring ALL our friends!!
Responsive service from a small company offering quality products. For the most part a smooth installation in our tight crawlspace. Accommodated us in their scheduling which was much appreciated during a hot streak. Only a few minor things kept this from being a 5-star review: A couple of times the tech did not call before showing up, and I had to ask several times before they would put the estimate in writing. We are looking forward to working with Dooley and his team for many years in the future.

I’m disappointed in this company. We gave them our business in good faith. The two heat pumps we got to replace an oil furnace has had issues since day 1. Partly because the installers didn’t install parts correctly and they can’t figure out the issue with the other one. Several weeks ago they came out and found debris but they don’t kno what it is or why it building up. I was told someone else was coming to look and see if there’s something going on. Haven’t seen or heard anything! These units are less than 2 years old. We should t have any issues. I didn’t research the units they put in before they put them in, I should have done that. I’m told they’re really busy and that’s why once they get our business they can’t get back to us. I’m going to give them another 6 months and rewrite my review.
Honest, responsive, and high quality work. They've done everything I've needed, happily, and are true to their word. Tim has gone out of his way to be responsive and is a wealth of knowledge which he shares freely. He truly wants to do what's right and best for people. Service: HVAC swap out on 1900's home. 20 year old unit that stopped working in middle of winter and they got it fixed up quickly.

My gas furnace quit working properly right before a bad snow storm. I called Tim Dooley and he had Mike Barrett call me within minutes. Mike was at my house that afternoon and diagnosed the issue. He also cleaned the thermocouple in my gas logs so my family would have some sort of heat. The parts were ordered and Mike replaced them as soon as they came in. I can't say enough about this company and especially Mike! He knew we needed help and he came to our rescue. I will definitely be using Dooley's Heating and Air again!

Air conditioning was on the fritz. Called Tim at Dooley HVAC. He had a competent young man out within 24 hours that diagnosed my problem and actually had the necessary replacement part on his truck.. My air conditioning was back and at a very surprising nominal fee.. Recommend Dooley Heating and Air any time. Chick Duus
Tim and the team have been making repair for my family and I for many years. What I love about them is their free estimate and their knowledge about what truly we need. The prices estimates they give us are great and they are honest with us. If you want someone who actually care, these are the guys!

Unprofessional. Left a gas tank at my residence for a week, a worker took it, (not reported to the company) and tried to sell me refills at a lower cost under the table from his personal cell. Owner then badmouthed me in public saying I was just looking for a handout after i had told him what happened. I paid my bill with no discounts (for the record). Unbelievable. Never again! I dont reccomend using this company, ever.
Time well spent ! Dooley and his crew came out to do a FREE estimate on upgrading my heating and air system at my commercial property. They were very knowledgeable about how to improve on and make the best of my current heating system. They took the time to explain to me how they could do the upgrade cost effectively. So when it is time to upgrade my current heating & air system I will definitely use Dooley Heating & Air.
We are very pleased with our Dooley experience. They were quick to respond when our air system was malfunctioning, it ended up being a minor thing, and they took care of business with a smile, and best of all, it cost me less than expected. They take good care of their customers.
EXCELLENT! This is a good team of workers. I have used this company for many, many years. The furnace in my home is the original from 1963. Tim Dooley’s crew keeps it running. My experience, my sister’s experience and my father’s experience with Dooley have all been very good. Tim and his team have also done work at my other property, great results each time.
