Wes did a great job! This is our first time using Smiley’s and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Wes was very thorough and discussed his inspection with us. Even though we’re a new customer, Wes had been here before and had all the notes and pictures from the work that had been done from the previous owner. We were very impressed!!
Not sure how good of an HVAC company this is but they've got insane drivers who cut people off, swerve, speed and are on their phone on the highway. They also never answer their phone. Watch put for van #10 especially.
First I will start with the GM Kurtis. I had the privilege of meeting with Kurtis when I was looking for a company. I reached out to three companies. Two companies responded. Kurtis responded by text immediately and was at my house at the appointed time. I believed he treated me the way I believed he would have treated his mom. Thank you Kurtis. You sent three special young men out to do the job. Jeremy, Compton and Jacob. They were on time, so respectful, immediately I knew you sent the right persons. They were so efficient and the job was completed in less than 5 hours. They looked out for me as if I was their mom. Thank you Smiley’s (Kurtis, Jeremy, Compton and Jacob ) for a job well done.
I love them! They are professional and always on time! They explain everthing they are doing and keep your safety in mind. Will always keep a maintenance contract with them! Plus they are open 24/7! Wes is a consummate professional. We initially had record keeping issues with your office. The issue was resolved very satisfactorily and our service was re-scheduled and accomplished in a timely manner.

Bought our house one year ago, home was sold advertising new hvac. whole trance system is 3 years old. Previous owner had bought a labor warranty as well. As new home owners we were not informed to call and transfer warranty to us. Had an issue at the end of summer 22 and called smileys. Was informed the warranty was no longer valid because we didn’t transfer within 90 days they offered to schedule a visit at our cost. So they took the money for warranty from previous owner and wanted us to pay for them to look at it. It’s now July 1 2023 ac will not work on a 3 year old unit. Currently waiting in a hot house for an appointment (different company) on July 3. Company has no integrity, they only want your money. Avoid them
Best yearly maintenance we have ever received. Everything was thoroughly checked and Hayden was very polite and professional.
Steve went above and beyond the maintenance call. He made recommendations and shared insight on how to keep my system running efficiently all the while being friendly, personable, and professional. At no point did he try to upsell or push replacing or upgrading my system.
Most recently (06-2023) Steven came out for our yearly HVAC inspection. He kept me abreast of what he was doing and why. I always learn something when they come out. Steven was on time, friendly and professional. I always recommend Smiley’s and if you request Steven you will be delighted!
Third time visit. Always great experience. Tech (David, I believe, I'm terrible at names) responsive to my questions and explained everything along with useful recommendations. Plan to refer to relatives who are not happy with their current company. Thank you!
Hayden was outstanding in every sense of the word. Please send him to my home again ; no one else can't be as sincere, attentive to details and most mannerable as he is. He cares about doing his work well. Very organized; his tool box was neat and very organized and professional looking.He represents your business well. He aims for customer satisfaction. Received great customer service from Smiley's. Keep me updated on my appointment status. Norman waited out a severe hail thunderstorm to repair my unit. That type of service is rare.
I would highly recommend Smiley's Heating and Cooling. The technician was knowledgeable and took 2 seconds find the AC problem and fixed in a short time. He was kind and professional. I would recommend them.
Great company and service! Very Happy! Wes did a fantastic job and communicated in detail about the maintenance performed and the overall performance of my system. He also recommended upgrades in the past that helped to improve or protect my system (i.e. surge protectors). Highly recommend!
So far they have been great. Got new AC and Heat system and they just did the first maintenance check and very professional and great work with pictures to show the work.
Wes, is an excellent technician and true personal! He provided me with a detailed synopsis for my HVAC system and made recommendations that were adequate for my home.
