Repairmen was courteous, responsive, provided answers to questions, meticulous, and neat in his work. Treated my home with respect and showed professionalism in his work. He cleaned our systems so they look like new.
Great service provided by Norfolk Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical!! I scheduled service about a week ago to have some preventative maintenance completed for my HVAC. My assigned technician, Aaron Middleton, arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very professional throughout his time here, and answered all of the questions I had. I am very confident that Aaron is keeping my system running in tip top shape! My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, from the initial call to the completion of the maintenance. I highly recommend for your HVAC needs...and they also electrical and plumbing to boot!
Awesome tech, Cassidy, came out last week and gave an estimate. Returned this week and did a great install. Great companies hire great employees, keep it up Norfolk Air.

The technician giving the estimate clearly explained the need for each item on the list and also worked with me to get the job within my budget. He showed up on time and was very professional during the entire visit.

I can not express how much I appreciate the attention and care I receive from Norfolk Air. After some maintenance visits over the past couple years, my 16 year old system just need to be replaced. How surprised I was when the office called later that afternoon and said they could install a new furnace and AC the next day! From the office staff, repair techs, and installation crew - you made what could have been a horribly hot July 4 holiday season, into a cool and comfy retreat. Professional, ethical, and kind - Norfolk Air has never let me down. Thank you for not just doing a job, but caring.

They were life savers. Very thorough. We were without AC for 3 weeks. Finally it became an emergency. The tech they sent Gordon Wile was excellent. He had our AC up and running after 3 hours. My husband has many medical problems and he finally can rest tonight and be able to deal with tomorrow's 91 degree temps and high humidity. God sent and answer to prayer.
Due to severe flooding in the city of Norfolk, my plumbing was backed up in both of my bathrooms. I knew exactly who to call…Norfolk Air!!! I have used Norfolk Air for HVAC services for my home last summer and was extremely impressed with their positive customer service and knowledgeable professionals, so there was no doubt in my mind as of who to call to service my need. I called round 3:20pm in the afternoon and was greeted by a customer service representative to set my appointment for the same day! (My apologies for I forgot her name) By 3:30pm in the afternoon I received a phone call from their professional service member, Darrion Williams-Gibbs letting me know that he was in route to service my need. Mr.Gibbs arrived at my home in a timely manner with a bright smile and an eagerness to get my bathrooms restored to its proper function! Within several hours the problem was fixed!!! Please don’t get discouraged by this review for I do have an older home and it was backed up pretty bad. I truly thank God for Mr.Gibbs! He stayed on task with a smile on his face and completed the job without hesitation or signs of frustration. His knowledge of plumbing, problem solving, and professionalism is beyond any 5 star rating!!! Did I mention he also cleaned the bathrooms to their original state!!!!! There wasn’t a residue of any debris or dirt from outside left in my bathrooms. I cannot say this enough… My family and I truly thank God for Darrion Williams-Gibbs from Norfolk Air!!!! Thank you soooo much for taking the time read this review and continue to have a Blessed day!!!!

Damien did a thorough, detailed job on a “routine” check on our HVAC system that turned up a blocked drain pipe and a capacitor in need of replacement. His attention to detail was very much appreciated.
Tony is awesome. He called prior to coming, listened to what I was wanting/ needing, as discovered some safety concerns in which he provided honest opinions and clear explanations. Needless to say I have scheduled him to come back and handle the safety concerns. I am very pleased overall and am happy to be a new customer.

Had Norfolk cooling and air come out because my ac was not working. Got an appointment the day I called and Troy came out and walked me threw what could be wrong, the tears he was running and how he planned to fix it. He was so helpful and professional!
