The best to work with
Gotta give credit where credit is due. I lost a crimping tool and couldn't get a replacement for 3 days, grainger pulled through with the tool in less than 24 hours and saved my behind with customers. Thanks alot!
Loved my visit into this branch. Came in with a few questions along with a need for a very particular item and Latasha took care of everything. She was absolutely awesome!!! Very professional and knowledgeable and made the experience that much better.
Awesome service, in and out quickly. The remodel looks good too. Still no free beer if there's a line though, but I can get past that.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! Highly recommend staying away from ordering at Grainger. Local branch did nothing wrong. I ordered 7/13 (nema 14-50 plug) with an anticipation of pick up Wed 7/20 - Fri 7/22. Spoke with 2 reps ensuring I could pick up 7/22. Called at 11am 7/22 to confirm and now the item is on back order. If you want your item; find another reliable place!!
This place really surprised me... Didn't know it existed.. And the associate was very helpful and went the extra mile even tho they didn't have what we needed... I definitely recommend this place for all of your job site needs if you are a contractor...
This is the place to go for heating and air conditioning parts. They sell to the public and are friendly, Also are good listeners .
Awesome experience at this Grainger location. The online order process was easy and my product was shipped and ready for pickup the next day at 2pm. I showed up early about 1:45pm and the ladies at the front, who were extremely pleasant and personable, informed me that the truck just arrived and they took off to the back and got my order ready within a few minutes. Within the few minutes two more customers came in, got taken care of, and were on their way. Good job Norfolk Grainger.....

Easy to get to, friendly staff, but 4p closing?
First visit, picking up an online order. I had ordered 4 casters, and discovered I had ordered the wrong size. Terrence was extremely helpful (and patient) in finding the proper size, and ordering what I needed. Terrific service!
I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Very nice staff.
Friendly people. Recommend that you check your invoice and material to ensure they match as their attention to detail seems to be lacking.
