We made an urgent repair request for a broken water supply line. Thankfully for us, Mr. Parker responded quickly, repaired the pipe, and answered all of our questions. When we need a plumber again, we will definitely call AB Parker & Sons.
I called AB Parker to have some electrical work done. The quick response was amazing. Mr. Parker and his assistant were courteous and professional. I was pleased with the service and that Mr. Parker took the time to advise me on a potential future project. I would highly recommend.

Had water heater leak 10/31/2022. Original 50 gal replaced with 40 gal. Switched and installed without approval or communication. Installed wrong without approval. Will it work? It does not meet standards, not offered compensation. Deep freeze froze pipes in garage. Good response from when pipes started flowing flooding garage and back yard. As I stayed no communication until after installation complete. And the structure was left unfinished.
Not repair, but replace. 2 existing boilers 30+ yrs. old. 12 unit co-op. Replaced the aging old boilers with mount on the wall "On demand" tankless boilers. 95+/- energy efficient Bradford-White units. John and Mark were responsive, reliable, cleaned up after...excellent job. Would and will certainly recommend calling Mark Parker for your HVAC needs. Outstanding!!
Excellent work. 12 unit bldg. in West Ghent. Replaced 2 x 400 btu 30 + yr.old boilers with 95% efficient no tank boilers. John's work was outstanding, great communication, on time...just a great experience. Highly recommended, especially after wasting weeks with all the "HVAC Specialists" advertising on TV. Call A. B. I can't praise Mark enough. After other Plumbers gave up, he came and evaluated the situation and met the challenges. All the drains are clear and properly draining! 😊 I found him thru the BBB and did not disappoint. I forgot the young man's name that was assisting, he was on the ball, full attention on the job well done. Thank you both! God bless you as you where my blessing today. First time I've used this company, and they just became my heating and cooling go to company... Had my Air conditioning unit breakdown, called this company after reading the reviews online and they are everything the reviews said they were. John showed up on time was very professional and courteous and had me back up and running within the hour. It's always a pleasure dealing with a company like this.....
Can do large jobs
I called because I was in a crisis. I’d dropped my mothers ring down the shower drain. I was broken hearted because she passed in 2020 and it was really valuable to me! Mark showed up the same day even though he had a full schedule and was able to recover my ring!!!! I am so happy and so thankful! Will definitely be using their services again he did a great job put everything back and his prices are reasonable!!! Couldn’t ask for anything better thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Mark was very fast on response time. The price was very reasonable and cheaper than most places i called. He also was pleasant and super easy to talk to as well. Wasted no time at all and terrifically efficient. You cant go wrong with Mark.

Mark and John were fantastic. We began to have a hot water tank problem on a Friday afternoon. Mark worked with us during the weekend to keep our tank burning and then John installed a new tankless system in our home. We are very appreciative.
AB Parker & Son has done various HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects for us over the past couple years, and I have been extremely pleased with them. They were very responsive to our requests, no matter how big or small, and they did an excellent job accommodating our schedules. The work was all of excellent quality, and prices were very fair. They were always willing to explain the details of the work they were doing and to teach me about the systems they were working on. I would strongly recommend AB Parker for any home repair projects.
The Parker's have been my family's "Go To" for about 50 years that I can remember! My parents and I relied on their company for all our plumbing, heating and cooling services. Now that mom and dad are gone, I know that Mark will take care of any problems that arise. First time experience was AWESOME! I called in the morning and someone was on the way in minutes. And they even told me they had plenty of appointments to get done first but still managed to squeeze me in! Being without AC on a 90*+ day with a preemie was going to be dreadful, but these guys were sent out and fixed my issue right away! Very nice and great service! Thank you!

AB Parker & Son is an upstanding and ethical family business that is owned locally and is in its third generation. I personally have met the 1st Parker and have had a long standing relationship with the son and grandson. They are honorable and ethical and have always gone above and beyond to ensure the job is done right. Rat Fink is a pseudonym, but I am a long time Hampton Roads resident!
