Having called Carter’s on Monday; Jamie arrived Tuesday morning. He diagnosed and explained each step of the process while repairing the AC problem. He was able to get the AC unit running smoothly and will return in 2 weeks to check that the system does not have a leak. He was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them!
I am a new home owner in the Moneta area. Carters can highly recommended. They did not disappoint. Jamie came to diagnosis a problem with our new home. He identified the problem, reviewed the options with me, and then fixed it quickly. Jamie was very professional. He also examined over our outside unit and found a pair of bare wires. He fixed them quickly. I would highly recommend Carters. Very professional, reasonably priced, and provided quality service. Thank you!

We called to ask for someone to come check out our heat and we were beyond thrilled when they said they could get someone out to us same day. Not even 2 hours later Greg Carter showed up and figured out what was wrong and fixed the problem. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. We will only be using Carter’s Heating and Cooling from now on! Definitely someone you can trust so we highly recommend Carter’s!

I had "no" AC on 93 degree day. Another company I had used could not come out for a week. First time ever contacting Carter (they had good reviews) called, worked me in the very next day. Great service; more than fair pricing; field service technician was great . I'm 66 years old have had many houses, best service ever. I will without question use Carter going forward.
Very knowledgeable person they sent. Did some minor cleaning on the inside unit. Explained what kind of system we have why it does what it does. It was the explaining of our system we were impressed with. Overall a pleasant experience with this company. We have any real problems with our furnace they will get the call.
