Terrible business. If they even bother to show up, their goal is to band-aid the issue and get it before it even notice it's not fixed. All the 5 star reviews look to be from fake profiles too, so you can only imagine the shady business practices they must have if they're putting fake positive reviews on their own page.

Oakes Heating & AC Inc did great work cleaning the air conduits and vents for our air framework. It was a decent encounter working with them and were truly content with the work that they accomplished for us. In general it was lovely working with this worker for hire and we would suggest them!!!

Update 1 to 3 Stars. The owner of the company contacted us and correctly fixed the issues and fixed the way the system was set up. Overall satisfied. Unprofessional. Had to use them through our home warranty. Not sure if they installed our system but it was not installed properly. They were supposed to come fix it. When the warranty people called and asked who was working on the work order they refused to give me their names. They completed the work and left without making sure the repairs were done correctly. Overall not impressed with this company.
Very poor scheduling. Poor commitment to service when needed. They didn't respond to AC repair service call, until after 2 months in dry smear heat.
They replaced my HVAC after a tree took my original one out. I have had them come by twice afterwards because it continues to make a loud noise. This summer is the 2nd summer, and it is still making the same noise. I cannot get them back over here.
We order to build a home true HHHUNT and this business and after three years we find out that ours second unit furnace in the attic was installed without outdoor air Conetion We contacted the twice never got back to us I won’t recommend it

Oakes Heating & AC, who installed HVAC unit in the Eastwood Homes did a very poor job, according to many HVAC Technicians. The home is built in 2015 and I have multiple issues with the HVAC unit due to poor installation. We spent more than $2500.00 for repair costs on a 2015 built home. When I call them, they hardly answer to the calls. Mostly the call goes on voice mail and whenever I leave the voice mail, they never returns the call.
