I recently hired Michael & Son HVAC for an installation job at my home, and I must say that my experience with them was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. The company's incompetence and lack of professionalism left me highly dissatisfied and inconvenienced. First and foremost, the installation itself was poorly executed. It seemed as though the technicians were inexperienced and unfamiliar with the proper procedures. They made numerous mistakes and oversights, which resulted in a malfunctioning system right from the start. It was evident that the installation was rushed and lacked attention to detail. To make matters worse, the system required repeated service appointments over the course of five consecutive days. This inconvenience alone was incredibly frustrating, as it disrupted my daily routine and wasted a significant amount of my time. It became increasingly clear that Michael & Son's initial installation was subpar and failed to meet even the most basic standards of quality. To add insult to injury, during one of their visits, the technicians negligently unplugged my deep freezer, causing all the stored food to spoil and rot. This incident showed a complete disregard for my property and a lack of basic competence in performing their duties. Not only did I have to endure the inconvenience of their constant return visits, but I also suffered significant financial loss due to the ruined food. In conclusion, my experience with Michael & Son HVAC was an absolute nightmare. The poor installation, multiple service appointments, and the incident with my deep freezer were all indicative of their incompetence and lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against hiring this company for any HVAC services, as they have shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic competence in their work. There are far better options available that will provide a higher level of service and expertise
Jeremy did a great job servicing my home Hvac unit today. Very professional, knowledgeable & took care of my Hvac system in a timely manner. Great job from start to finish. I definitely recommend Michael & son to anyone looking to get the best out of your home needs.
Worked with Jeremy today - he was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through each step of what was being done and what needs doing. Would absolutely recommend Michael and Son, and will request Jeremy again in the future!

Whenever a technician comes out, they're always professional and direct. There's no beating around the bush and they take pride in their work. If you have the choice, use them.
Ashley Adams and another employee came and provided excellent professional service. I had been using another company for years and I am so glad I changed to Michael & Son. I can’t say enough about the excellent services provided, the professionalism, and time they each took to explain things to me so that I fully understood the problems that needed to be addressed. I recommend them 100%. Ashley and the other coworker (I can’t remember his name) we’re BOTH amazing!!!
We had Michael and sons come out to service our AC unit for a tune up . I would highly recommend this company . So professional and very reasonable and caught a major problem before it happened. This technician they sent out Ashley is an asset to this company . Called me prior and even came earlier then scheduled. She guided us thru what we needed to help make our unit more efficient. Ashley did an outstanding job completing annual HVAC maintenance. Was on time and very professional. Very happy we had M&S install and maintain our units. Would highly recommend to others to use their service.

My heating wasn’t working properly and called Michael & Son to come take a look into it. They sent out Vincent and he was able to remedy the issue in the spot. He was knowledgeable and able to explain to me what was wrong and what he did to fix my heating issues. He took before and after pictures and sent them to me after the job was said and done. He had excellent attention to detail and exceeded the needs to keep my system running smoothly. 👍🤝
Vincent went above & beyond to fix my repairs. He was very professional & mannerable. He kept me informed of everything. I would highly recommend him all the time; he's a very good technician.

We had a wonderful experience! Ashley did our Heating and Air Maintenance and Khalphani did a toilet repair for us. They did an excellent job and we would love for them to always to our services if possible. They were early and very helpful. I highly recommend this company.
Ashley Adams was our tech and she was more than professional and very polite. She answered our questions and gave suggestions. She called to let us know she was heading our way…… we will be requesting her next time…
Ashely was amazing! She answered all our questions and went through each photo she had taken of our AC unit and told us that it was working beautifully, she showed us what amperage it was supposed to work at and what her meter said that it was running at! Thank you so much Ashely for helping us out, you were great!
Terribly terribly overpriced. Was quoted over $500 for a simple clogged drain. The drivers are allowed to make their own prices on the fly and work as “independent contractors” so they can rip you off without it coming back on the company. Kind of a joke to be honest. You‘ve been warned.
This company installed my package unit in July of 2022. Fast forward to December my heat is not working. I call to take use of their advertised “24 hour service” only to be told they wouldn’t be able to send someone till Monday. I understand being short staffed but don’t advertise something you can not produce. I called a local company which I wish I had used in the first place who came out within 15 minutes, diagnosed the issue and passed on what needed to be done as it is still under warranty. I will not use this company for anything further than warranty work!
Signed up for the basic tune up, and learned quickly why their tuneup price is good. They try to push you into their maintenance plans. They will scare you with overpriced invoices without their maintenence plan to try to make it look like you're getting a good deal, but after rejecting and shopping around for service, they are grossly overpriced (more than double for the same work being done). The guy who came out was profession, respectful and clean. I had no problems with the basic tune up. Buyer beware of the bait and switch tactic they use to get you sign into their annual plan.
