Their technicians were skilled and efficient, and they did a thorough job of cleaning my ducts. They were also very friendly and professional, and they took the time to address all of my concerns. I was impressed with their attention to detail and the care they took in my home. Overall, I would prefer this company to anyone looking for high-quality air duct cleaning services. Good job!!!
I’ve been with them for 20+ years, probably not the cheapest but they show up on time and they do a good job, and if you’re not happy they come make it right.
Used this company for A/C repairs. Can’t give them enough praise! They sent out Chris to help us out and he’s incredibly smart and professional! When you call ask for Chris Foster!!
They came out and changed my boiler tank. Had a leak from a bolt. Part was just under $300. Owner called me before install and recommended to have a seal instead of part, saving me that money for the part. Came out next day at no charge. Says a lot about E T Lawson, thank you Don.
I am writing this in shock at the conversation I had with the Norfolk office. I am a Realtor who called to schedule work estimates for a home in which this company had installed a boiler several years back. I explained I needed a few repairs for items on a home inspection. I was then met with, "that's out of warranty". I explained I'm not looking for warranty work, I just would like an estimate for repairs, I have several items, including a plumbing issue. Next response "do you want us to do the work or not". Well I would like you to do the work, but I need an estimate first. I was put on hold and another woman picked up the phone who obviously had issues with the owner and said they would not give me an estimate and she started spewing all kinds of personal informaton about my client. I stopped her and said it is highly inappropriate for you to be sharing this personal information with me, to which she said, "I don't need a lesson from you today sweetheart" and she hung up on me. I'd say they need to work on getting their customer service out of the toilet!
There will never be enough words to express how incredibly skilled and professional ET Lawson is. From the people answering the phones to the plumbers that came out to our residence- every single one was fantastic and extremely helpful. I’d personally like to thank Arthur, Allen, Chris and the other plumbers who took a 4 day house re-plumbing nightmare and completed the job in two days and even took care of lawn care afterwards from where the trencher was used. Being military meant that we had no idea who to call- and I’d like to recommend ET Lawson to you!
I called E.T. Lawson @ 8:30 am and they had a technician out within 2 hours. The service was extremely professional as well as the technician! I would highly recommend them for any work.
From the owner to the employees, wonderful and honest people. They came right away and took care of my issues Immediately! They are professional and very knowledgeable about their trade. I have been using ET Lawson since Dec 1993 for my HVAC service. I have had them upgrade me to a gas unit from a heating oil & I used ETLawson for other services I really enjoy dealing with them always have given my family 1st Class & Professional service.
They are very nice on the phone. They responded to my elderly Moms home' in 30 mins due to her A/C had stopped working.
