Very knowledgeable
I NEVER leave reviews for businesses online, but after my experience with Greg at Dudas Plumbing, Heating & Air I simply had to. My home’s 50gal hot water heater started leaking and within minutes of calling Dudas Plumbing I had confirmation that they would be able to install my new hot water as soon as it was delivered to my home the next morning. Quickly after receiving my hot water heater the next morning, I called Dudas and Greg arrived at my home within minutes. Greg was the nicest, most honest and professional plumber I’ve yet to meet and the job was completed quick and efficiently. It goes without saying, I would very highly recommend Dudas Plumbing, Heating & Air for anyone in need of such home services!
Had them install a new no freeze hose bib. On time. Friendly. And professional. I would recommend and use again.

I can’t speak on their services because the woman who answers their phone is so incredibly unprofessional and rude, I chose not to go with them. First contact is important and I can’t help but wonder how many people never hire this company due to this woman.

I've used Duda's services twice in the past couple of years -- once for heating, once for a/c -- & found the service to be professional, quick, reasonable & pleasant. Mr. Duda is a straight talker who thoroughly knows his trade &, most important in my opinion, tells it like it is. I have no complaints whatsoever, & highly recommend him. As for the extremely negative review of "the lady who answers the phone," Mrs. Duda, I have had nothing but friendly conversations with her. As suggested in other reviews, I believe that reviewer is obscuring something or perhaps contributed to being treated rudely.
The Duda’s have been wonderful to deal with and since moving here 2 years ago I’ve used them a few times. They are honest and professional and Gene goes above and beyond to make sure the jobs done right. Although I don’t presume to know the issues with why they had a bad review, I cant imagine there weren’t other circumstances that are not revealed from the customers perspective. I would highly recommend them.
I do not understand any of the negative reviews. The woman who answers the phone has been nothing but extremely friendly to me. I have used them three times since I've lived in this house. I do not know them personally so this is an unbiased review and strictly professional. Mr. Dudas has come out all three times and very prompt Manner and done a very good job. In fact, he came out once and fixed the problem with air conditioner. He had to come back out about a week later because something else went wrong when the air conditioner and didn't even charge to do that. Most companies will charge you out the Wazoo every single time they have to come out. They will also create issues that aren't really there just that they can make a few bucks. Again, I've had nothing but good results this company and I will continue to use them. I prefer to support small local businesses over big monster businesses that are trying to take over any day.
My wife and I have been going through Dude's for about 10 years now after a recommendation from our neighbor. They give you that small town, local business feeling every time. Very professional and friendly. They always clean up after the job is done and prices are very fair.
Quick and very professional. Called one day and had complete new install by 6pm. Will use again.
