Prompt response, Don was kind, willing to explain what was wrong with our A/C unit, and fixed it in the same day!
The first time they came out for my heater the technicians were high. The smell of weed filled my garage. They didn't fix it, still charged me though. My husband had them come out again. Still didn't know how to fix it. They have come out several times within 2 weeks, they still haven't fixed it. Now it's super cold in the house with 2 toddlers cold all night. They have taken days to answer calls. My husband has left several messages over the weekend, yet they say they're 24/7. 10/10 do not recommend. I will probably have to find a new company as it's getting cold now and my kids won't go to bed. This has been going back and forth now for a few weeks.

Wonderful and professional owner and crew. They did a fabulous job replacing duct work. Installed a thermostat and fixed a botched split system installed by someone else. Would highly recommend!

My a/c wasn’t blowing cool air and it was one of the hottest days so far this year. After calling several companies that weren’t able to get to me I called a friend who recommended I call Benchmark. They were out within a couple of hours and were able to fix the problem at a nominal price. I will definitely use them again should a need arise.

Contacted Benchmark Heating & Air conditioning for HVAC maintenance. Technician, Eric and another gentleman arrived at my residence promptly; assessed my thermostat, internal duct vents, outside HVAC unit; checked for freon and system leaks, etc. The entire process took approximately one hour. Was thoroughly impressed with the technician's HVAC expertise regarding my current unit; the wealth of knowledge about thermostat settings and controls, as well as the quality of the parts to purchase for my HVAC unit was very informative.
Absolutely cares and very professional. Was prompt polite and friendly. Explained in detail my problem and potential solutions.

I have been using this company for many years. They are always very reliable and affordable. I had ac issues and they fixed the problem promptly. I also have used them to replace a water heater years ago. Benchmark is very professional and dependable.

STAY AWAY !! By far the Worst company I’ve ever dealt with I own a convenient store, made the big mistake of calling them to repair a sandwich unit that stop working,After charging me $375 the unit ran for about an hour, we called them a number of times they first promised to come by and fix it, but never showed up, Now I believe they blocked my numbers and never answer my calls Not trustworthy, very unprofessional
