Not sure how they receive high reviews! I called for an annual AC maintenance back in May. When I scheduled the appt I clearly said it was for a rental property and asked how much. She informed me it would be $110 plus truck fee of $25. I've used them several times in the past as well..same price stated and paid. Well today I got a bill over $300 saying the unit took longer to clean. According to my tenants they were there for about an hour and 15 min. I knew better than to keep using them. Two years ago they sent me an invoice for the service that I did not schedule. They said I normally call to get it done so they just went out and did it. Who does that?!?! Lesson learned. They do good work but there needs to be better communication. Because of this, I will never use them again. Very disappointing!!
Tim came out and quickly diagnosed why my heat pump had stop working. Replaced the capacitor and unit was as good as new. He was friendly and professional will certainly be using this company from now on.
Great local home heating, cooling and repair company that provides these services for the local area. Have been using them for many, many years and their service has always been wonderful!
They have a really hard time returning phone calls and communicating. I can’t speak for service.

Had two some ac go out and came out first thing in the morning and repaired parts and cleaned unit. Excellent service and didn’t gouge us. When time to replace system they won our business!!!
They have done our annual maintenance for several years. They are knowledgeable, provide excellent service and are customer friendly.
Courteous, knowledgeable, reasonable
We had to replace our existing AC/Heating unit. From the moment they came to inspect our unit we knew we were in great hands. Kevin was thorough and answered every question and concerned we had. They provided us with a few estimates that included different installation options. It was nice knowing that we were able to choose what route was best for us based off that initial visit. If you want a reliable, trustworthy, and efficient company, Don't hesitate and give them a call. You won't be disappointed!
Fast service
Able to provide same day service. Servicemen were polite. Explained the problem and promptly fixed it. Also installed a new wi-fi thermostat and explained how to set it. Reasonably priced.
They do great work at great prices
The staff are very knowledgeable and polite. Prices where very reasonable compared to other companies in our area. Would recommend to anyone.
