Keith responded within 10 Mins after I submitted the requested. Though whether not cooperative he waited and fixed the AC motor / fan on time. I would recommend him for all HVAC support & maintenance. Great help with Ontime fix!
Very efficient and extremely thorough. Cannot refer this company enough. Quickly showed up and helped with all of my needs. If you need assistance, this is the company to call! I will refer them to all friends and family moving forward.
I have been using HESS for the past 2 years and they are my go-to for HVAC problems. Keith is punctual, professional and has a vast knowledge of anything HVAC. Keith always does what he says he will do and even answers the phone/texts after hours to help troubleshoot issues. I would highly recommend this company, they have been our lifesavers more than once.

New Review: Still FIVE STAR RATING. This is my third time working with Keith. Again he responded quickly and fixed my AC. He's such a nice guy. The part he had to fix this time, was not from his previous work. Someone else through a home warranty company did less than adequate work and Keith came in, identified the problem and fixed it. This is my second time dealing with Keith. The first time I called him to give me a second opinion. His cost for the review was very reasonable. He took time to explain to me what to ask the other company. I wish I found him prior to spending the money with the first company. I had a problem changing my thermostat and he was able to help me with this. Excellent service. Highly recommended and he’ll always be the first person I call if I need future help.
Keith is fantastic. He helped us through a real difficult set of circumstances and made an old system purr back to life. Keith was up against a mess apparently left by prior service company. He fought for us to get the parts we needed and was tireless in getting it done right! Highly recommended.
HESS was great to work with! Our AC stopped working and our home warranty company referred us to HESS. Keith communicated with us throughout the entire process. He came out and recommended replacing the unit. The day of the install he arrived on time and the installation was fast and efficient.
Keith was called out via my Home Warranty for my Air Conditioner not cooling properly. I was amazed and impressed with his professionalism and depth of knowledge on my unit. He is indeed a Specialist - yes, with a capital 'S' - because he's honest, knowledgeable, straightforward, and reasonable! Not just reasonable price-wise, but reasonable in understanding that some people may need time to prepare for big expenses, like purchasing a whole new system... which sadly, I'll soon be facing. But Keith was able to quickly diagnose the problems and get my AC working at least for awhile until I can stash away some savings to buy a new system in the next 6 months or so. Of course I'm hoping to make this thing last, but he explained very well why I don't want to put it off too long. And he wasn't condescending or pushy or anything about selling a new system, so I know he's honest. I just got a really good vibe from him, and knew immediately he was trust-worthy and professional. Repair completed through my home warranty. Keith called right back and had available appointment times that worked with my schedule. I appreciated a call when he was on his way; he was able to complete the repair quickly.
We cannot recommend Keith enough!! Our HVAC unit had stopped to blow hot air all of a sudden and we put in our service request with our home warranty at 11pm. At 8am he calls the next day - he made sure to ask us a good time and he showed up exactly when he said he would - that in itself shows you how responsive and reliable he is. Then we watched him work his magic: he made sure to check every single component of our HVAC system - even though our unit is deep inside our tight crawl space to be able to pinpoint exactly where the trouble lied. I don’t think any other review does justice to how thorough and knowledgeable Keith is: we told us exactly what the problem was and how to proceed to get it fixed right away (basically we needed to get a new google nest). We have no doubt we will be hiring Keith again for our regular HVAC check ups and whenever (let that be in many years) we need a new HVAC unit. Thank you for your professionalism and knowledge! Our family is most thankful!
He was very rude and obviously annoyed that I was working with a warranty service. I initially called and he was very rude over the phone, so no surprise that he was even more rude in person. Do Not Recommend. He lacks basic customer service skills and doesn’t like to be asked questions.
I've had several companies try to fix my HVAC through my home warranty with no luck. Keith came by once, diagnosed the problem, then came back with the part that needed repair the second time and fixed it up. Not only that, but he checked the entire system afterwards and found another leak which he quickly patched up, saving both of us time and money in the future. The company is probably super busy, as it is getting quite warm in the area, but he took his time to make sure the job was done correctly. Definitely will be calling them back if I ever need help again.
Keith was so annoyed I had home warranty that he was rude and abrupt from the second I opened my door. I understand it can be frustrating working with home warranty companies, but I’m still a customer and can honestly say this company does not value customer service. I could have perhaps put the attitude towards me aside - we’ve all had hard days and inadvertently take it out on other people. What really made me sign in and do a review is the fact that he took one look at the water in my AC pan, told the plumber who was also here how to fix it, and left. The plumber cleaned the pipes out but said he didn’t know what would have caused it because there was a secondary drainage line that was clear. He said it sure was a shame the AC Repair man didn’t stick around to fix it - i.e. do his job. My AC pan is filling with water again but I will not be calling Keith to look at it. He wasn’t happy to be doing his job, but he sure was happy enough to take my money.
Keith was busy as it was the first week of mid to upper 80s. He MADE time to fit me in. When we figured out the issue with my unit he listed all of my options and let me decide my best route giving his opinion. After an attempt at a quick fix I ultimately decided to replace my system. Keith yet again fit me in. His price was excellent and the product is great. Thanks
I'm giving them a 1 star because I can't give a zero, my home warranty company booked them to service my heat pump. So I called the phone number provided and left a message yesterday to confirm the time for today. I never heard back from anyone and now after speaking with the warranty company who was able to finally reach them, I was informed they wouldn't be coming they were overbooked and couldn't come for 5 more days. I have no heat and it's the week before Thanksgiving , everything I read about this company online turned out to be true.
Keith came out within 24 hours to replace my dual zone A/C when it died. His price was well below the 3 other companies I had come out for estimates. He was upfront, homest, and followed through on everything he promised. No surprises, quality work, and an all around great guy. Highly recommend this vendor!
