Submitted the online form for a nonemergency on a Thursday night, Chris called Friday morning to schedule an appointment. Jorge called ahead to see if he could stop by early. Jorge was very friendly and did a great job on our downstairs toilet. Prices are in line with other plumbers in the area, but service and communication are great with these guys. Highly recommend.

I needed to replace my AC unit pretty quickly. They came out on Monday, Robert gave an overview of the process and sent me a competitive quote almost immediately ($3k lower than the last company), and by Thursday afternoon the install was completed! Jose was incredible with the install, great communication the whole day and went out of his way to get me new filters for the system. I'll be a return customer to take advantage of all services!
Chris at the front office was super helpful in getting my annual maintenance scheduled. Aaron was the technician and was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. While performing the maintenance, he also mentioned that he could install a new NEST thermostat in place of my old thermostat. He was on time, worked efficiently, and very professional. In addition, BL James & Son was the most competitive of the quotes I received for smart thermostat installation. I will be using BL James & Son for all of my future HVAC & Plumbing needs.
I have just converted my electric range into a gas range. Jorge and Jose from the BL James and Son really did a good job, including plumbing to connect the gas line to my kitchen and installing the range. Now they will take care of the permit and inspection issues, hope that will also go smoothly.
