Great service. Live the text msg system, so i can chat and ask any questions. Korbin was wonderful. Very careful attentive and careful going in and out of the house. He spotted a potential plumbing issue that I will investigate which might have saved me a plumbing leak. Great personality, demenor, knowledgeable and professional.
Kenneth did an excellent job, explaining what he was doing and providing excellent advice on how to keep the system up to date to preserve its life. I do recommend him and this firm. Friendly, helpful and professional.
The tech quickly resolved out AC issue on a very hot day
We were connected via our insurance. Jeremiah was very responsive and professional! He was very helpful in helping us diagnose the problem with our AC units. He was very great in communicating with us and let us know every step of the way from their arrival times to the things they were doing with our AC units! Also helped us with getting damage quotes and gave us good information!
I highly recommend United Air Temp. I had a contract on my ac and had a $1000 bill and due to the contract I owed $0.

So far so good. Service was good with them getting the diagnosis of the hvac. Will further edit when the unit is fixed and ready to go. Waiting for this week to get it done. I'll change my review when it's taken care of.

Great company! Very professional and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate their 20 min call ahead policy. They give you a block of time but call you 30 min before they are headed your way.

United Air Temp has has serviced our home for over 7 years. We have two HVAC units and an old furnace in our 1950’s renovated home. The whole set up is challenging but UAT always suggests various ways we can improve performance. We have their service plan to give us peace of mind. Some years, the annual cost of the plan comes out to be more like a pre-payment on the cost of labor but recently, it definitely saved us hundreds of dollars. One unit quit cooling & our technician Korbin found that we needed two parts that solved the problem and will lower our energy costs. Plus, the labor was covered. Win/win! I’d recommend UAT for their professionalism & HVAC skills.
The technician Edgar performed in an exceptional manner inspecting the HVAC unit, provided excellent recommendations and effectively addressed my questions. I was impressed with his technical proficiency. I immediately renewed my maintenance agreement because of his technical expertise. Don’t hesitate to contact them. Prices are reasonable compared to other companies.
