I tried twice to schedule a job. The first time, I called to confirm the day of and there was no record of the appointment or that I even called. The second time, the estimator got caught up at a different job and had to reschedule. I was told different information (whether a small job could be completed same-day) each time I called. I ended up using a different company instead of wasting any more time with this company.

First plumber was late. There was a 4 hour window and still they missed the window 30 mins late. Last they tried to upsale what needs to be done, inflating the price over 300 percent Do Not Use this company

Pretty frustrating to work with. If you're lucky, you (may) have them respond to you... after weeks of silence. Their prices are also on the high end, and constantly try to up-sell things you don't need/didn't ask for. There are plenty of alternatives; save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
Unprofessional expensive extortionist. Stay away! 3k for a toilet? You're kidding.

I called for a plumber, about a leaky garbage disposal. Adam came great prices and took care of it same day. I’m Very happy, I will call again
Unreliable and constantly late, work took months longer than quoted, scope of work not completed. Shop around for prices, they’re overpriced. Will make appointments and not keep them, or schedule inspections for when you’re not available. Doesn’t care about how things look or your home. Do not expect any repairs to damage done (drywall, floors, door frames, etc). Shoddy work as well, had to have multiple inspections before it passed.
HORRIBLE!!! They installed smoke alarms for an insane price (my bad that I did not compare with other companies), and some of them need to change batteries at least once a year while they are all supposed to be all wired. I would give ZERO star if it is an option for review. HORRIBLE!!!
Recently, we had a huge downpour, and I noticed water leaking from my ceiling, so I called Sam & Sons and spoke with Emma. She was very professional and set me up with an appointment that same day. Sam arrived as promised and guided me through my repair. Unfortunately, many areas of this house are not up to code since it is 70 years old, but Sam was gracious enough to offer me advice on repairing a leak coming from a bathroom exhaust pipe on the roof. He was very informative, and I will be requesting his team's services next time I need help repairing something in my home.
I was having some issues with my water heater and my furnace so I called Sam & Sons and it was not long before Adam was at my house. He had the issues identified very quickly and between Adam, Mike, Mike's wife, Carlos and Carlos' assistance and Emma had both problems fixed in not time. All were very personable, professional and provided great work and the pricing was fair. I am very happy with their work and will definitely use them for future matters. Thanks to everyone and sorry didn't recall the wife of Mike's name and Carlos' assist. Take care and Happy Holidays!
They didn't make their latest appointment with us. Then they missed scheduled follow up appointment. We spoke with their office. It appears their communications are disorganized. We're now going with a different plumber.

Great service! I called them late Monday and they were at my house Tuesday morning the next day. Always have had a great experience with Adam I Highly recommend them!
