My name is Khanh Nguyen . I have appointment with michael and son Repair HVAC services on 07/06/2023 at 6PM . After I wait them for 30 minutes (6:30 PM ) , I call customer services and ask them why did nobody come to my house for repair HVAC . The customer servises answer me that because nobody work or unavailable for this date and they request make schedule again. I was very angry and hang up the phone immediately .

Michael Madrid and his Co-worker Michael, did a fantastic job with the issues associated with the Copper Water Line and Tub Spout. He was friendly, informative and thorough. B/c he did such a great job I signed up for the Home Care Plan (due to the age of my Home and the continued problems with plumbing, electrical and HVAC). It appears the Home Care Plan will offer savings with so many issues I have put off. Thanks Again,

The guy that came out to fix our blown fuse/breaker was a great spirit and very knowledgeable. The whole process from scheduling to paying is technically advanced and easy for the customer. Then to finish it all off you send out one really nice guy to explain the problem and talk about a few potential upgrades in the future. Make sure you keep him!! Def a good selection of you go with Michael and Son.

Bought a service plan, they came out and supposedly inspected the system and it worked fine. Two months…I called them to come fix the air because it wasn’t cooling… diagnosed an issue with the blower and capacitor switch or whatever it’s called. Ok fine how soon can you fix it…I have to order the part so I won’t know until it come in sometime next week! It’s over 90 degrees, that is unacceptable. Those parts should be kept in inventory especially this time of year. Won’t be using them going forward.

Michael McGovern was polite, cordial, competent, confident, and efficient. He was able to unclog my bathroom sink (had not been able to use it for several weeks) rather than my having to have someone possibly replace the pipes in the wall under the sink - would have been a very expensive process.

Highly recommend avoid electrical services from this company. We’ve had a consultation that was rescheduled twice by the company and when the servicemen arrived finally on the third attempt - he left without providing a quote. The very next day we received a quote for services that were not representative of what was discussed during the consultation. We attempted to have it corrected by the customer service representative but she laughed and gave us an attitude which was not warranted as we were polite from start to finish. The lady informed us that we would receive a call back from the consultant to have it corrected but we were never contacted. After 5 days, we called back and the same lady provided the same poor quality of support. I would of given ZERO stars, if possible.

HVAC system over 7K was installed on Jan 26 2021. Less then 3 years multiple problems and finally the blower is broken and I have to pay diagnostics and full labor for a unit that was faulty from the start which I asked them to replace due to multiple problems within the first 2 weeks and going forward. And they deny me buying the gold service plan to have free labor because the unit they installed less than 3 years ago won't qualify because the labor cost and diagnostic fee is more then the gold plan. So no AC in this heath wave until the blower is replaced and no heat in that cold 2021-2022 winter for 2 days. Below, I have posted the prior problems before this last problem: I had Michael & Sons install a new hvac heating / ac system less than two years ago. The very first month I called them 3 or 4 times to come and change the system because of multiple problems I had. The system was shaking and vibrating like as if it was going to break the concrete it is installed on. I also had a hammer knocking noise coming from the pipes as if someone was knocking on the wall. After experiencing these problems air blowing from my vents was not half strong as the first time the unit was installed. I told them about these problems within the first 6 months and they sent technicians to fix the problems rather than replacing the faulty unit they had installed. I was told that vibrating heat pump was due to over loading the coolant at the installation and the very loud knocking noise was normal. Even the multiple techs they sent were surprised at the loud knocking noise and callled the brand product service to inquire. Guess what I heard the last knocking sound this October and for some reason it stopped and started heavily leaking water from the heat pump. I called and explained these to their customer service they said I have no labor warranty and they would charge me a diagnostic fee and have me pay for the repair for a unit I had told them was broken and needed to be repl

I had to have a simple part replaced in my shower handle. The technician broke the cold water valve in the process, and then had to replace the entire shower stem system, running over $1000. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with zero accountability. I will never use this company again.
