Service technician arrived on time and worked efficiently. He was responsive to questions about preventive maintenance and was quite friendly. We've been using Krafft service for years and receive consistently high quality service at an affordable price.
I had a problem with my unit & was in a bit of a panic (I have asthma and it was getting hot in my unit). The lady on the phone was wonderful, I was contacted immediately, Antonio arrived quickly and it was all fixed in no time! I've been with Krafft for over 40 years (!!!) and I love you all! I installed a Krafft system when I bought my house in 2015. Mr. Krafft personally oversaw the project to ensure the quality. That said, every technician I’ve had has been equally knowledgeable, professional, & honest. I appreciate working with my technician, Jerome.I recommend Krafft always.
Pablo from Krafft was awesome. He came and checked my indoor air handler and out door unit. Was able diagnose the problem in no time. He put in a new capacitor and cleaned my condenser coils and my air conditioner runs like a champ! My dad was a HVAC mech for 30 years. I know good service when I receive it.

The Krafft were very responsive when my AC stopped working & I called for help. Lars explained what was wrong, fixed it, checked over system. Very professional. Would definitely use then again.
The technician was extremely polite and took care to walk around the carpet, to wash his hands after handling mold, to ask and answer questions. In addition he was very efficient, going the distance to make sure my problem was solved.

We have a service contract from them for our ice cream shop. They make every effort to be available, to be on time and their fees are reasonable. I am delighted with their service.

I have nothing but great things to say regarding Krafft - we needed emergency service on our condenser and they were able to squeeze us in last minute (their weekend coordinator was so understanding and helpful!), diagnosis the problem, and promptly fix it!
Excellent experience with Kraft Services and the technician, Terrance. He thoroughly inspected my AC unit, was experienced and knowledgeable, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. The price was fair and the service excellent. I will be using them for my regular servicing in the future

I’m very grateful for the professionalism and quality work provided by the Krafft team. We had hired them to continue to maintain the HVAC system when we bought our new home. We knew the old system would need to be replaced. They were the highest bid to replace, but Krafft embodies the phrase “you get what you pay for!” We’re very happy with our new system and the professional team that installed everything in just one day.
